    THE PROJECT PROPOSAL IS RESERVED FOR 31 CATERING COMPANIES LOCATED IN THE PROVINCE OF VICENZA, WHO FEEL THE NEED TO IMPROVE THEIR MANAGEMENT PERFORMANCE AND TO ACQUIRE NEW MANAGERIAL SKILLS TO ADAPT THEIR OFFER TO THE TRENDS AND NEEDS OF AN INCREASINGLY SOUGHT AFTER CLIENTELE AND INTERESTED IN LIVING A QUALITY EXPERIENCE BEYOND THE PRODUCT IT CONSUMES. THE OBJECTIVES SHALL ENSURE A DIRECT LINK BETWEEN THE ACTIONS AND THE FOLLOWING TRAINING THEMES UNDER DGR 1010: —LEAN MANAGEMENT -TECHNOLOGIES 4.0 AND DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION -INTERNATIONALALISATION AND CORPORATE INNOVATION THE PROJECT AIMS TO PROMOTE AND IMPLEMENT A COMPLEX PATH FOCUSED BOTH ON TRAINING INTERVENTIONS, MAINLY INTER-COMPANY, AND ON ACCOMPANYING ACTIVITIES AND PERSONALISED ADVICE ON THE NEEDS AND ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT OF EACH COMPANY INVOLVED.
