THE PROJECT INVOLVES BOTH FAMILY BUSINESSES THAT ARE FACING THE THEME OF CHANGE AND SUCCESSION IN THE ORGANIZATIONAL AND STRUCTURAL DIRECTION OF THE COMPANY, AS WELL AS MEDIUM AND LARGE ENTERPRISES THAT ARE LIVING WITHIN ONE OR MORE INTERGENERATIONAL STEPS AND HAVE THE NEED TO INCLUDE AGE MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES DICTATED BY THE PRESENCE OF DIFFERENT GENERATIONS IN THE COMPANY ORGANISATION OR BY THE SIGNIFICANT INCLUSION OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE WORKFORCE AS A RESULT OF SUBSTANTIAL (English)
