    FOR YEARS, ITT G MARCONI HAS BEEN PURSUING A EUROPEAN DEVELOPMENT PLAN THAT AIMS TO OPEN UP THE CULTURAL AND PROFESSIONAL HORIZONS OF LEARNERS AND TEACHERS AND CREATE OPPORTUNITIES FOR CRESCITY.THIS PROJECT PROPOSAL IS BORN ON THE LEGACY OF OTHER EXPERIENCES OF THIS TYPE (POR FSE) THAT HAVE SHOWN HOW THESE INITIATIVES ARE FUNDAMENTAL FOR SCHOOL, BOTH FROM THE POINT OF VIEW OF STUDENTS AND FAMILIES, AS WELL AS FOR THE ENTIRE STAFF. ON THE BASIS OF THE NEEDS ANALYSIS, IN VIEW OF THE IMPROVEMENT PLAN AND TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE OBJECTIVES OF THE EUROPE 2020 STRATEGY, WHICH FOCUSES ON LIFELONG LEARNING AND THE MOBILITY OF LEARNERS ABROAD, THE NEED TO BUILD A NEW TRAINING PATH THAT STRENGTHENS THE LANGUAGE SKILLS SO STRONGLY LINKED TO EMPLOYABILITY HAS BEEN FELT EVEN MORE BY SEEKING TO CREATE EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES IN EDUCATION AND IN THE LABOUR MARKET.
