THE PROPOSER AND THE IPABS INVOLVED HAVE DECIDED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE OPPORTUNITY PROVIDED BY THE VENETO REGION WITH DGR 540/2019 TO TRY TO ACT ON THE IMPROVEMENT OF THEIR OPERATIONAL CAPACITY AND, IN PARTICULAR, ON THE CAPACITY OF THE VARIOUS OFFICES OF CO- DESIGN THE POLICIES, ADAPTING THEM AND INNOVATING THEM TO MEET THE NEEDS OF CITIZENS, AND IN PARTICULAR OF THE ELDERLY AND THEIR FAMILIES. IT WAS DECIDED TO FOCUS ON TWO ACTION LINES, THAT OF SERVICE INNOVATION AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT, WITH THE DEVELOPMENT OF INDOOR AND OUTDOOR TRAINING PROPOSALS, WHICH INCLUDE THE USE OF INNOVATIVE METHODOLOGIES, AND THE PROGRAMMING OF INTERREGIONAL MOBILITY IN ITALY AND ABROAD. THE INTENTION IS TO DESIGN A REORGANISATION OF THE REALITIES PARTICIPATING IN THE INITIATIVE UNDER THE BANNER OF LEAN, MANAGERALISATION, AND EMPOWERMENT OF INTERNAL STAFF. (English)
