Projekto tikslas – pagerinti Biržų miesto jaunimo padėtį darbo rinkoje, suteikiant paklausius darbo įgūdžius._x000D__x000D_Veiklos (ryšys su veiksmu)_x000D_Ekonomiškai neaktyvių asmenų praktinių darbo įgūdžių įgijimas, ugdymas darbo vietoje pagal savanoriškos praktikos sutartis._x000D__x000D_Rezultatai, poveikis:_x000D_Po projekto tikimasi, kad projekto dalyvių padėtis darbo rinkoje pagerės, praėjus 6 mėnesiams po dalyvavimo veiklose – ne mažiau 20 proc. Poveikis – projekto dalyviai įgys floristikos, vadybinių praktinių įgūdžių, taip padedant jiems integruotis į darbo rinką. (Lithuanian)
