The communication project on the operational programme is designed to ensure effective communication to groups of the public about the operational programme’s access to EU funding, the requirements, the results of ongoing and implemented projects, the benefits and added value of these projects. The project provides for the financing of expenditure related to the performance of the functions of public information on European Union investments entrusted to the Ministry of Health, as provided for in the Rules for the Administration of Technical Assistance approved by Order No 1K-337 of the Minister for Finance of the Republic of Lithuania of 28 October 2014 approving the Rules for the Administration of Technical Assistance. Le projet de communication sur le programme opérationnel vise à assurer une communication efficace avec les groupes du public sur l’accès du programme opérationnel au financement de l’UE, les besoins, les résultats des projets en cours et mis en œuvre, les avantages et la valeur ajoutée de ces projets. Le projet prévoit le financement des dépenses liées à l’exercice des fonctions d’information du public sur les investissements de l’Union européenne confiées au ministère de la santé, conformément aux règles d’administration de l’assistance technique approuvées par l’arrêté no 1K-337 du ministre des finances de la République de Lituanie du 28 octobre 2014 portant approbation des règles d’administration de l’assistance technique. Das Kommunikationsprojekt über das operationelle Programm soll eine wirksame Kommunikation mit den Bevölkerungsgruppen über den Zugang des operationellen Programms zu EU-Mitteln, die Anforderungen, die Ergebnisse laufender und durchgeführter Projekte, den Nutzen und den Mehrwert dieser Projekte gewährleisten. Das Projekt sieht die Finanzierung der Ausgaben im Zusammenhang mit der Wahrnehmung der Aufgaben der öffentlichen Information über Investitionen der Europäischen Union vor, die dem Gesundheitsministerium übertragen wurden, wie in den Vorschriften für die Verwaltung der technischen Hilfe vorgesehen, die mit dem Beschluss Nr. 1K-337 des Finanzministers der Republik Litauen vom 28. Oktober 2014 zur Genehmigung der Regeln für die Verwaltung der technischen Hilfe genehmigt wurden. (German)

Het communicatieproject over het operationele programma is bedoeld om te zorgen voor doeltreffende communicatie met groepen van het publiek over de toegang van het operationele programma tot EU-financiering, de vereisten, de resultaten van lopende en uitgevoerde projecten, de voordelen en toegevoegde waarde van deze projecten. Het project voorziet in de financiering van uitgaven in verband met de uitvoering van overheidsinformatie over investeringen van de Europese Unie die aan het ministerie van Volksgezondheid zijn toevertrouwd, zoals bepaald in de regels voor het beheer van technische bijstand, goedgekeurd bij besluit nr. 1K-337 van de minister van Financiën van de Republiek Litouwen van 28 oktober 2014 tot goedkeuring van de regels voor het beheer van technische bijstand.
