UAB Papilio kibirkštis ( www.finglass.lt ) veikla – autobusų, sunkvežimių ir lengvųjų automobilių stiklų gamyba. Per 27-erių metų autostiklų versle patirtį, įmonė dirbo su tūkstančiais klientų bei įmonių ir gali užtikrinti aukštos kokybės produkciją ir aptarnavimą. Šis projektas yra pradedamas norint sumažinti įmonės neigiamą poveikį aplinkai vykdant produkcijos gamybą. Tam tikslui reikalinga įsivertinti esamą ir planuojamą poveikį aplinkai, sukurti (atnaujinti) įmonės gaminius per visą jų būvio ciklą, taip pat įsidiegti veikloje aplinkosaugos vadybos sistemą. Įmonė projekto metu planuoja diegtis netechnologines ekoinovacijas: 1. Diegti ISO 14001 AVS sistemą ir ją sertifikuoti; 2. Atlikti gamybos technologinį auditą; 3. Atlikti aplinkos apsaugos auditą; 4. Ekologiškai suprojektuoti gaminius. Projektas pradėtas siekiant sumažinti įmonės sukeliamą poveikį aplinkai tuo pačiu padidinant įmonės produktyvumą ir efektyvumą, siekiant sutaupyti žaliavų ir energijos, taip pat pagerinti įmonės įvaizdį. Over 27 years of experience in automotive business, the company has worked with thousands of customers and companies and can ensure high quality production and service. This project is being launched in order to reduce the negative environmental impact of the company during production. To this end, it is necessary to self-assess the current and planned environmental impact, to develop (renew) the company’s products throughout their life cycle, as well as to implement the environmental management system in the activity. The company plans to implement non-technological eco-innovations during the project: 1. Implement and certify the ISO 14001 EVS system; 2. Perform a technological audit of production; 3. Carry out environmental audits; 4. Eco-designed products. The project was launched in order to reduce the environmental impact of the company while increasing the company’s productivity and efficiency in order to save raw materials and energy, as well as to improve the company’s image. Plus de 27 ans d’expérience dans le secteur automobile, la société a travaillé avec des milliers de clients et d’entreprises et peut assurer une production et un service de haute qualité. Ce projet est lancé afin de réduire l’impact environnemental négatif de l’entreprise pendant la production. À cette fin, il est nécessaire d’auto-évaluer l’impact environnemental actuel et prévu, de développer (renouveler) les produits de l’entreprise tout au long de leur cycle de vie, ainsi que de mettre en œuvre le système de management environnemental dans l’activité. L’entreprise prévoit de mettre en œuvre des éco-innovations non technologiques au cours du projet: 1. Mettre en œuvre et certifier le système EVS ISO 14001; 2. Effectuer un audit technologique de la production; 3. Réaliser des audits environnementaux; 4. Produits éco-conçus. Le projet a été lancé afin de réduire l’impact environnemental de l’entreprise tout en augmentant la productivité et l’efficacité de l’entreprise afin d’économiser les matières premières et l’énergie, ainsi que d’améliorer l’image de l’entreprise. Über 27 Jahre Erfahrung im Automobilgeschäft hat das Unternehmen mit Tausenden von Kunden und Unternehmen gearbeitet und kann qualitativ hochwertige Produktion und Service gewährleisten. Dieses Projekt wird ins Leben gerufen, um die negativen Umweltauswirkungen des Unternehmens während der Produktion zu verringern. Zu diesem Zweck ist es notwendig, die aktuellen und geplanten Umweltauswirkungen selbst zu bewerten, die Produkte des Unternehmens während ihres gesamten Lebenszyklus (neu) zu entwickeln und das Umweltmanagementsystem in der Tätigkeit umzusetzen. Das Unternehmen plant, während des Projekts nichttechnologische Ökoinnovationen umzusetzen: 1. Einführung und Zertifizierung des EFD-Systems ISO 14001; 2. Eine technische Prüfung der Produktion durchführen; 3. Durchführung von Umweltaudits; 4. Umweltgerechte Produkte. Das Projekt wurde gestartet, um die Umweltauswirkungen des Unternehmens zu reduzieren und gleichzeitig die Produktivität und Effizienz des Unternehmens zu steigern, um Rohstoffe und Energie zu sparen und das Image des Unternehmens zu verbessern.
