Kraštovaizdžio ir biologinės įvairovės išsaugojimo 2015–2020 metų veiksmų plane, patvirtintame LR aplinkos ministro 2015 m. sausio 9 d. įsakymu Nr. D1-12, Anykščiai minimi kaip viena iš daugiausia apleistų statinių (daugiau kaip 200) turinčių savivaldybių. Minėtai problemai spręsti inicijuojamas projektas, kurio pagrindinis tikslas yra pagerinti atskirų Anykščių rajono teritorijų būklę atkuriant pažeistas teritorijas. Šiam tikslui įgyvendinti numatytas projekto uždavinys – pažeistų teritorijų atkūrimas likviduojant bešeimininkius apleistus pastatus ir įrenginius bei priskirta pagrindinė projekto veikla – bešeimininkių apleistų pastatų ir įrenginių likvidavimas, kurios metu numatoma likviduoti 34 bešeimininkius statinius. Tikimąsi, kad pilna apimtimi įgyvendinus projektą atkurtuose Anykščių rajone teritorijose bus atstatyti praeityje ūkinės veiklos pažeisto kraštovaizdžio komponentai, atkurta pažeista aplinka ir jos elementai, pašalintas neigiamas poveikis žmonių sveikatai ir aplinkai, projekto rezultatai tiesiogiai prisidės prie Anykščių rajono darnios kurortinės plėtros, padidinant rajono rekreacinę vertę. The Action Plan for the Conservation of Landscape and Biodiversity 2015-2020, approved by Order No D1-12 of the Minister for the Environment of the Republic of Lithuania of 9 January 2015, mentions Anykščiai as one of the municipalities with the most abandoned buildings (more than 200). To address this problem, a project is initiated, the main objective of which is to improve the status of individual areas of Anykščiai district by restoring damaged areas. The aim of the project is to restore damaged areas by liquidating abandoned buildings and facilities and assigning the main activity of the project — the liquidation of ownerless abandoned buildings and facilities, during which 34 orphan buildings are to be wound up. It is expected that after the full implementation of the project in the restored areas of Anykščiai district, parts of the landscape damaged by past economic activity will be restored, damaged environment and its elements will be restored, negative effects on human health and the environment will be eliminated, project results will contribute directly to the sustainable resort development of Anyksciai district, increasing the recreational value of the district. Le plan d’action pour la conservation du paysage et de la biodiversité 2015-2020, approuvé par l’arrêté no D1-12 du ministre de l’environnement de la République de Lituanie du 9 janvier 2015, mentionne Anykščiai comme l’une des municipalités ayant les bâtiments les plus abandonnés (plus de 200). Pour remédier à ce problème, un projet est lancé, dont l’objectif principal est d’améliorer l’état de certaines zones du district d’Anykščiai en rétablissant les zones endommagées. L’objectif du projet est de restaurer les zones endommagées en liquidant les bâtiments et installations abandonnés et en attribuant l’activité principale du projet — la liquidation des bâtiments et des installations abandonnés sans propriétaire, au cours desquels 34 bâtiments orphelins doivent être liquidés. Il est prévu qu’après la mise en œuvre intégrale du projet dans les zones restaurées du district de Anykščiai, certaines parties du paysage endommagées par l’activité économique passée seront restaurées, l’environnement endommagé et ses éléments seront restaurés, les effets négatifs sur la santé humaine et l’environnement seront éliminés, les résultats du projet contribueront directement au développement durable de la station balnéaire du district d’Antksciai, ce qui augmentera la valeur récréative du district. Im Aktionsplan zur Erhaltung der Landschaft und der biologischen Vielfalt 2015-2020, der mit der Verordnung Nr. D1-12 des Ministers für Umwelt der Republik Litauen vom 9. Januar 2015 gebilligt wurde, wird Anykščiai als eine der Gemeinden mit den am meisten verlassenen Gebäuden (mehr als 200) genannt. Um dieses Problem zu lösen, wird ein Projekt eingeleitet, dessen Hauptziel darin besteht, den Status einzelner Gebiete des Bezirks Anykščiai durch die Wiederherstellung beschädigter Gebiete zu verbessern. Ziel des Projekts ist die Wiederherstellung beschädigter Flächen durch die Liquidation von verlassenen Gebäuden und Einrichtungen und die Zuweisung der Haupttätigkeit des Projekts – die Liquidation inhaberloser verlassener Gebäude und Einrichtungen, in denen 34 Waisengebäude aufgelöst werden sollen. Es wird erwartet, dass nach der vollständigen Umsetzung des Projekts in den restaurierten Gebieten des Bezirks Anykščiai Teile der Landschaft, die durch frühere Wirtschaftstätigkeit beschädigt wurde, wiederhergestellt, beschädigte Umwelt und ihre Elemente wiederhergestellt, negative Auswirkungen auf die menschliche Gesundheit und die Umwelt beseitigt werden, die Projektergebnisse direkt zur nachhaltigen Entwicklung des Resorts von Anyksciai beitragen, wodurch der Erholungswert des Bezirks erhöht wird.
