Įvairiomis cheminėmis medžiagomis užterštos urbanizuotos teritorijos ne tik neleidžia sėkmingai plėtoti Anykščių rajono vystymo krypčių, bet ir blogina turistinės vietovės įvaizdį, mažina investicinį patrauklumą, kelia realią grėsmę žmonių sveikatai. Lietuvos geologijos tarnybai atlikus 2 naftos bazių Teritorijų (PTŽ Nr.7372; PTŽ Nr.7374) tyrimus, nustatyta, kad Teritorijose cheminiais produktais užterštas gruntas žymiai viršija grunto taršos ribines vertes ir leidžiamus užteršto grunto kiekius, užterštame plote blogėja grunto ir požeminio vandens kokybė, teršalai gali plisti ir užteršti vis didesnį gruntinio vandens kiekį bei turėti neigiamą poveikį žmonių sveikatai. Siekiant sumažinti užterštų Teritorijų neigiamą poveikį aplinkai ir žmonių sveikatai bei pavojingų cheminių medžiagų grunte ir požeminiame vandenyje lygį, inicijuojamas projektas „Buvusių naftos bazių teritorijų sutvarkymas Anykščių rajono savivaldybės Debeikių seniūnijos Čekonių kaime ir Debeikių miestelyje“ (toliau – Projektas), kurio metu bus sutvarkytos 2 Teritorijos, rekultivuotas 0,086 ha žemės plotas. Skyrus papildomą finansavimą užterštos teritorijos tvarkymui, bendras rekultivuotas žemės plotas sudarys ne mažiau kaip 0,118 ha. (Lithuanian)

Urban areas contaminated with various chemicals not only prevent the successful development of Anykščiai district development directions, but also impair the image of the tourist area, reduce investment attractiveness and pose a real threat to human health. 2 oil base territories carried out by the Lithuanian Geological Service (PTK No 7372; CL No 7374) found that soil contaminated with chemical products in the Territories significantly exceeds the limit values for soil pollution and the permitted levels of contaminated soil, the soil and groundwater quality of the contaminated area deteriorates, pollutants can spread and pollute an increasing amount of groundwater and have a negative impact on human health. In order to reduce the negative impact of polluted territories on the environment and human health and the level of dangerous chemicals in soil and groundwater, a project entitled “Remediation of former oil base areas in Debeikiai village of Debeikiai district municipality and Debeikiai town of Anykščiai district” (hereinafter referred to as the “Project”) is being initiated, which will rehabilitate 2 territories and rehabilitate 0.086 ha of land. With additional funding for the management of the contaminated site, the total area of land rehabilitated will be at least 0.118 ha. (English)

Les zones urbaines contaminées par divers produits chimiques non seulement empêchent le développement réussi des orientations de développement du district de Anykščiai, mais aussi nuisent à l’image de la zone touristique, réduisent l’attractivité des investissements et représentent une menace réelle pour la santé humaine. 2 territoires de base pétrolière effectués par le Service géologique lituanien (PTK no 7372; CL no 7374) a constaté que les sols contaminés par des produits chimiques dans les territoires dépassent considérablement les valeurs limites pour la pollution des sols et que les niveaux autorisés de sol contaminé, la qualité des sols et des eaux souterraines de la zone contaminée se détériorent, que les polluants peuvent se propager et polluer une quantité croissante d’eau souterraine et avoir un impact négatif sur la santé humaine. Afin de réduire l’impact négatif des territoires pollués sur l’environnement et la santé humaine et le niveau de substances chimiques dangereuses dans les sols et les eaux souterraines, un projet intitulé «Restauration des anciennes zones de base pétrolière dans le village de Debeikiai de la municipalité de Debeikiai et la ville de Debeikiai dans le district de Anykščiai» (ci-après dénommé le «projet») est en cours d’exécution, qui permettra de réhabiliter 2 territoires et de réhabiliter 0,086 ha de terres. Grâce à un financement supplémentaire pour la gestion du site contaminé, la superficie totale des terres remises en état sera d’au moins 0,118 ha. (French)

Städtische Gebiete, die mit verschiedenen Chemikalien kontaminiert sind, verhindern nicht nur die erfolgreiche Entwicklung des Bezirks Anykščiai, sondern beeinträchtigen auch das Image des touristischen Gebiets, verringern die Attraktivität von Investitionen und stellen eine echte Bedrohung für die menschliche Gesundheit dar. 2 vom litauischen Geologischen Dienst durchgeführte Erdölgrundgebiete (PTK-Nr. 7372; CL Nr. 7374) stellte fest, dass der Boden, der mit chemischen Produkten in den Gebieten kontaminiert ist, die Grenzwerte für die Bodenverschmutzung erheblich überschreitet und die zulässigen Gehalte an kontaminiertem Boden, Boden- und Grundwasserqualität des kontaminierten Gebiets verschlechtert, Schadstoffe sich ausbreiten und verschmutzen können und sich negativ auf die menschliche Gesundheit auswirken können. Um die negativen Auswirkungen der verschmutzten Gebiete auf die Umwelt und die menschliche Gesundheit sowie das Niveau gefährlicher Chemikalien im Boden und im Grundwasser zu verringern, wird ein Projekt mit dem Titel „Remediation ehemaliger Ölgrundgebiete im Dorf Debeikiai der Bezirksgemeinde Debeikiai und der Stadt Debeikiai des Distrikts Anykščiai“ (nachstehend „Projekt“ genannt) eingeleitet, das zwei Gebiete rehabilitieren und 0,086 ha Land rehabilitieren wird. Mit zusätzlichen Mitteln für die Bewirtschaftung des kontaminierten Geländes wird die Gesamtfläche der rehabilitierten Flächen mindestens 0,118 ha betragen. (German)
