L — THE AIM OF THE PROJECT IS TO BUILD A FORMER NOVO LIBRARY OF SUBSTANCES USED IN NUTRACEUTICAL FIELD BUT CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE ON THE MARKET, IN ORDER TO BE ABLE TO USE IT LATER AS A SPECTRAL FINGERPRINT, IN ORDER TO CREATE A SERIES OF INTERNAL RECOGNITION STANDARDS IN ORDER TO ELIMINATE THE RISK OF FRAUD ON NEW MATRICES POTENTIALLY SUBJECT TO FOOD FRAUD.
