Šalčininkų mieste vyrauja smulkios ir vidutinės įmonės, veikiančios daugiausia paslaugų srityje, įdarbinančios pavienius asmenis bei siūlančios nedidelį atlygį. Vis daugiau darbdavių, ieškodami naujų darbuotojų, kelia jiems reikalavimus būti kūrybingiems, sumaniems, netradiciškai mastantiems, t. y. reikalauja gebėjimų, tapačių verslumo sąvokai. Tai ypač aktualu darbdaviams, ieškantiems darbuotojų projektinei veiklai arba nišiniams, labai specifines paslaugas arba gaminius siūlantiems darbams. Vienas iš būdų probleminei situacijai spręsti – per įvairias neformalias iniciatyvas skatinti vietos gyventojus gilinti verslumo žinias ir taip gerinti įsidarbinimo situaciją, prisidėti prie jaunimo nedarbo mažinimo, ypač pagerinant jų galimybes įsidarbinti projektinėje ar nišinėje veikloje. Tokiu būdu, atsižvelgiant į statistinius ir kitus duomenis buvo nuspręsta inicijuoti šį projektą, kurio tikslas – didinant neformalių iniciatyvų pasiūlą, paskatinti Šalčininkų miesto VVG teritorijos darbingus gyventojus integruotis tiek į darbo, tiek į bendrą ekonomikos rinką, suteikiant verslumo įgūdžių. Projektu siekiama: - suteikti Šalčininkų miesto darbingiems gyventojams verslumo įgūdžių (kursų, seminarų forma), siekiant pagerinti tų asmenų padėtį darbo rinkoje; - informuoti ir konsultuoti darbingus Šalčininkų miesto gyventojus, siekiant palengvinti jų įsidarbinimą. Projekte numatytą organizuoti: 1. Mokymų ciklą; 2. Informavimą. Planuojama, kad projekto įgyvendinimo sėkmė bus matuojama šiais pagrindiniais rodikliais: • organizuotų mokymų skaičiumi; • informaciniame renginyje dalyvavusių asmenų skaičiumi. (Lithuanian)

The town of Šalčininkai is dominated by small and medium-sized enterprises operating mainly in the field of services, employing individuals and offering low remuneration. More and more employers are asking them to be creative, smart, unconventional in search of new employees, i.e. they need skills that are identical to the concept of entrepreneurship. This is particularly true for employers who are looking for workers for project activities or niche jobs, offering very specific services or products. One way to address the problem situation is to encourage local people to develop entrepreneurial knowledge through various informal initiatives, thus improving the employment situation and contributing to reducing youth unemployment, in particular by improving their employability in project or niche activities. In this way, it was decided, in the light of statistical and other data, to initiate this project, which aims to encourage the integration of the working population of the Šalčininkai LAG territory into both the labour market and the general economic market by providing entrepreneurial skills by increasing the supply of informal initiatives. The project aims to: — equip the working population of Šalčininkai with entrepreneurial skills (in the form of courses, seminars) in order to improve their position on the labour market; — to inform and advise the working population of Šalčininkai in order to facilitate their employment. To be organised in the project: 1. The training cycle; 2. Information. It is planned that the success of the project will be measured by the following key indicators: • the number of trainings organised; • the number of people who participated in the information event. La ville de Šalčininkai est dominée par des petites et moyennes entreprises opérant principalement dans le domaine des services, employant des particuliers et offrant une faible rémunération. De plus en plus d’employeurs leur demandent d’être créatifs, intelligents, non conventionnels à la recherche de nouveaux employés, c’est-à-dire qu’ils ont besoin de compétences identiques au concept d’entrepreneuriat. Cela est particulièrement vrai pour les employeurs qui sont à la recherche de travailleurs pour des activités de projet ou des emplois de niche, offrant des services ou des produits très spécifiques. L’un des moyens d’aborder la situation problématique est d’encourager les populations locales à développer des connaissances entrepreneuriales par le biais de diverses initiatives informelles, améliorant ainsi la situation de l’emploi et contribuant à réduire le chômage des jeunes, notamment en améliorant leur employabilité dans des activités de projet ou de niche. De cette manière, il a été décidé, à la lumière de données statistiques et autres, de lancer ce projet, qui vise à encourager l’intégration de la population active du territoire du GAL de Šalčininkai tant sur le marché du travail que sur le marché économique général en fournissant des compétences entrepreneuriales en augmentant l’offre d’initiatives informelles. Le projet vise à: — doter la population active de Šalčininkai de compétences entrepreneuriales (sous la forme de cours, de séminaires) afin d’améliorer sa position sur le marché du travail; — informer et conseiller la population active de Šalčininkai afin de faciliter son emploi. À organiser dans le cadre du projet: 1. Le cycle de formation; 2. L’information. Il est prévu que le succès du projet soit mesuré à l’aide des indicateurs clés suivants: • le nombre de formations organisées; • le nombre de personnes ayant participé à l’événement d’information.
