Inicijuojamu projektu siekiama kompleksiškai rekonstruoti Šalčininkų miesto Naujosios gatvės atkarpą, gerinant gatvės techninius parametrus. Naująja gatve vyksta lengvojo ir krovininio transporto eismas, kelkraščiais ir šaligatviais naudojasi dviratininkai ir pėstieji. Gatvės važiuojamoji dalis yra labai blogos būklės: matyti provėžos, susiformavusios duobės. Gatvės asfalto danga sutrūkinėjusi, šalia gatvės bordiūrų, pro plyšius auga žolė. Šaligatvių būklė bloga, vietomis matyti erozija. Plytelės suskilinėjusios, gatvės ir vejos bortai taip pat suskilinėję, esami šaligatviai nepritaikyti neįgaliųjų judėjimui. Gatvės rekonstrukcijos darbai ženkliai pagerins jos techninius parametrus. Projekto tiesioginė tikslinė grupė - Šalčininkų miesto bei rajono gyventojai ir svečiai; netiesioginė tikslinė grupė - verslininkai, kurių poreikis - gera susisiekimo sistema, užtikrinanti miesto gyventojų gyvenamųjų namų, darbovietės bei viešųjų paslaugų prieinamumą. The project initiated aims to reconstruct the section of the New Street of Šalčininkai city in an integrated way, improving the technical parameters of the street. Light and freight traffic is taking place on the new street, with cyclists and pedestrians using highways and pavements. The street driveway is in very bad condition: see the passage, the pit formed. The asphalt coating of the street is broken, next to the street curbs, grass grows through the cracks. The sidewalks are in bad condition, there is an erosion. Tiles are broken, streets and lawn sides are also broken, existing pavements are not adapted to the movement of people with disabilities. Street reconstruction works will significantly improve its technical parameters. Direct target group of the project — residents and guests of Šalčininkai city and district; the indirect target group is entrepreneurs who need a good transport system to ensure the accessibility of urban residents’ homes, workplaces and public services. Le projet lancé vise à reconstruire le tronçon de la nouvelle rue de la ville de Šalčininkai de manière intégrée, en améliorant les paramètres techniques de la rue. Le trafic léger et le trafic de marchandises se déroulent sur la nouvelle rue, avec des cyclistes et des piétons utilisant des autoroutes et des trottoirs. L’allée de rue est en très mauvais état: voir le passage, la fosse formée. Le revêtement asphalté de la rue est cassé, à côté des bordures de rue, l’herbe pousse à travers les fissures. Les trottoirs sont en mauvais état, il y a une érosion. Les carreaux sont brisés, les rues et les côtés de pelouse sont également cassés, les trottoirs existants ne sont pas adaptés au mouvement des personnes handicapées. Les travaux de reconstruction des rues amélioreront considérablement ses paramètres techniques. Groupe cible direct du projet — résidents et invités de la ville et du district de Šalčininkai; le groupe cible indirect est celui des entrepreneurs qui ont besoin d’un bon système de transport pour garantir l’accessibilité des logements, des lieux de travail et des services publics des citadins.
