Projekto įgyvendinimo metu bus vykdomos pagal finansavimo aprašą remiama veikla – investuotojų, investuojančių Lietuvos Respublikos teritorijoje į gamybą, darbuotojų mokymas ir kvalifikacijos tobulinimas. Projekto įgyvendinimo metu bus apmokyti 150 pareiškėjo darbuotojai. Visi mokymuose dalyvavę asmenys gaus mokymų baigimo pažymėjimus. Projektas prisidės prie Užimtumo didinimo 2014–2020 metų programos įgyvendinimo tarpinstitucinio veiklos plano, patvirtinto Lietuvos Respublikos Vyriausybės 2014 m. vasario 26 d. nutarimu Nr. 204, įgyvendinimo. During the implementation of the project, the activities supported by the description of financing — training and improvement of qualification of the employees of investors investing in production in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania will be carried out. 150 staff of the applicant will be trained during the implementation of the project. All participants will receive a certificate of completion of the training. The project will contribute to the implementation of the Interinstitutional Action Plan for the implementation of the Programme for Enhancing Employment 2014-2020, approved by Resolution No 204 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of 26 February 2014. Au cours de la mise en œuvre du projet, les activités soutenues par la description du financement — la formation et l’amélioration de la qualification des employés des investisseurs qui investissent dans la production sur le territoire de la République de Lituanie seront menées. 150 membres du personnel du demandeur seront formés pendant la mise en œuvre du projet. Tous les participants recevront un certificat de fin de formation. Le projet contribuera à la mise en œuvre du plan d’action interinstitutionnel pour la mise en œuvre du programme de renforcement de l’emploi 2014-2020, approuvé par la résolution no 204 du gouvernement de la République de Lituanie du 26 février 2014.
