Inžinerinės pramonės įmonės – SALDA UAB – 175 darbuotojų mokymai pameistrystės forma, skirti kvalifikacijos daliai įgyti. Projekto tikslas – užtikrinti nuolatinį SALDA UAB darbuotojų kvalifikacijos lygio palaikymą, jų profesinį augimą ir gebėjimą prisitaikyti prie besikeičiančios pramonės poreikių. Projekto veikla – SALDA UAB darbuotojų formalusis profesinis mokymas ir praktinis mokymas pameistrystės forma, skirti kvalifikacijos daliai įgyti pagal pagal 8 pameistrystės programas. Projekto tikslinė grupė – 175 pareiškėjo gamybos darbuotojai, kuriems bus sudarytos sąlygos įgauti dalį kvalifikacijos, reikalingos gamybos operacijas atlikti kokybiškai ir efektyviai. (Lithuanian)

The aim of the project is to ensure continuous maintenance of the qualification level of employees of SALDA UAB, their professional growth and ability to adapt to the needs of the changing industry. Project activity — formal vocational training and practical training of employees of SALDA UAB in the form of apprenticeships, intended for the acquisition of part of the qualification according to 8 apprenticeship programmes. The target group of the project is 175 production personnel of the applicant, who will be able to acquire part of the qualifications required to carry out the production operations qualitatively and efficiently. Entreprise d’ingénierie — SALDA UAB — 175 salariés formation sous forme d’apprentissage, destinée à acquérir une partie de la qualification. L’objectif du projet est d’assurer le maintien continu du niveau de qualification des employés de SALDA UAB, leur croissance professionnelle et leur capacité à s’adapter aux besoins de l’industrie en mutation. Activité de projet — formation professionnelle formelle et formation pratique des salariés de SALDA UAB sous forme d’apprentissage, destinés à l’acquisition d’une partie de la qualification selon 8 programmes d’apprentissage. Le groupe cible du projet est de 175 membres du personnel de production du demandeur, qui pourront acquérir une partie des qualifications requises pour réaliser les opérations de production de manière qualitative et efficace.
