Projektu "Priemonių, užtikrinančių ambulatorinių asmens sveikatos priežiūros paslaugų teikimo prieinamumą tuberkuliozės srityje, gerinimas" siekiama pagerinti asmens sveikatos priežiūros paslaugų teikimo Šalčininkų rajone prieinamumą tuberkuliozės srityje. Projekto apimtimi planuojama Projekto tikslinei asmenų grupei, t.y. 24 asmenims, sergantiems tuberkulioze, kuriems Lietuvos Respublikos sveikatos apsaugos ministro 2016 m. vasario 12 d. įsakymo Nr. V-237 „Dėl Tiesiogiai stebimo trumpo gydymo kurso paslaugų teikimo tvarkos aprašo patvirtinimo“ nustatyta tvarka gydytojas pulmonologas paskyrė ambulatorinį tiesiogiai stebimą trumpo gydymo kursą (toliau - DOTS), suteikti socialinę paramą: organizuoti maisto talonų dalijimą bei DOTS kabinete dirbančio personalo nuvykimą į Eišiškių ASPC, Baltosios Vokės, Kalesninkų, Jašiūnų, Turgelių, Poškonių ambulatorijas. Tokiu būdu sergantieji, tęsiantys tuberkuliozės gydymo kursą, bus papildomai skatinami gydytis. Projekto įgyvendinimas turės įtaką tuberkuliozės problemos sprendimui rajoniniu lygiu, sudarys prielaidas mažinti Šalčininkų rajono gyventojų sergamumą ir mirtingumą nuo tuberkuliozės,išvengti atsparių vaistams tuberkuliozės mikobakterijų atsiradimo ir plitimo. The project “Improving measures to ensure the availability of outpatient personal health services in the area of tuberculosis” aims to improve the availability of personal health care services in the area of tuberculosis in the Šalčininkai district. Within the scope of the project, it is planned to provide social assistance to the target group of the project, i.e. 24 persons with tuberculosis who were appointed an outpatient course of short treatment (DOTS) in accordance with the procedure laid down in Order No V-237 of the Minister for Health of the Republic of Lithuania of 12 February 2016 approving the procedure for the provision of services for a short course of direct observation: organise the distribution of food vouchers and a visit of staff working in the DOTS office to the outpatients of Eišiškės ASPC, Baltoji Vokė, Kalesninkai, Jašiūnai, Turgeliai, Poškoniai. In this way, patients who continue the course of treatment for tuberculosis will be encouraged to receive additional treatment. Implementation of the project will have an impact on the problem of tuberculosis at the district level, will create preconditions for reducing morbidity and mortality of the inhabitants of Šalčininkai district, and avoiding the emergence and spread of drug-resistant mycobacteria of tuberculosis. Le projet «Améliorer les mesures visant à garantir la disponibilité de services de santé ambulatoires personnels dans le domaine de la tuberculose» vise à améliorer la disponibilité des services de soins de santé personnels dans le secteur de la tuberculose dans le district de Šalčininkai. Dans le cadre du projet, il est prévu d’apporter une assistance sociale au groupe cible du projet, à savoir 24 personnes atteintes de tuberculose qui ont été désignées pour un traitement ambulatoire de courte durée (DOTS) conformément à la procédure prévue par l’arrêté no V-237 du ministre de la santé de la République de Lituanie du 12 février 2016 approuvant la procédure de prestation de services pour un court parcours d’observation directe: organiser la distribution de bons alimentaires et la visite du personnel travaillant dans le bureau DOTS aux patients ambulatoires d’Eišiškės ASPC, Baltoji Vokė, Kalesninkai, Jašiūnai, Turgeliai, Poškoniai. De cette façon, les patients qui poursuivent le traitement de la tuberculose seront encouragés à recevoir un traitement supplémentaire. La mise en œuvre du projet aura un impact sur le problème de la tuberculose au niveau des districts, créera des conditions préalables à la réduction de la morbidité et de la mortalité des habitants du district de Šalčininkai et évitera l’apparition et la propagation de mycobactéries pharmacorésistantes de la tuberculose.
