Projekto tikslas - Biržų miesto jaunų ekonomiškai neaktyvių gyventojų padėties darbo rinkoje gerinimas per savanorišką veiklą vietos organizacijose. Projekto metu bus apmokyta 20 savanorių grupė, kurie atliks savanoriškas veiklas Biržų miesto ne pelno siekiančiose organizacijose. Visi 20 asmenų savanoriaus bent 6 mėn. vienoje ar keliose Biržų miesto ne pelno siekiančiose organizacijose. Po dalyvavimo projekte savanoriams bus išduoti dokumentai, patvirtinantys projekto metu įgytas kompetencijas. Tikimasi, kad bent 4 dalyviai ir toliau savanoriaus socialinių partnerių organizacijose ar NVO. (Lithuanian)

The aim of the project is to improve the situation of young economically inactive people in the city of Biržai on the labour market through volunteering in local organisations. During the project, a group of 20 volunteers will be trained to carry out volunteering activities in the non-profit organisations of Biržai city. All 20 people volunteer for at least 6 months in one or more non-profit organisations in Biržai city. After participating in the project, the volunteers will be issued with documents confirming the competences acquired during the project. It is expected that at least 4 participants will continue to volunteer in social partner organisations or NGOs. (English)

L’objectif du projet est d’améliorer la situation des jeunes personnes économiquement inactives dans la ville de Biržai sur le marché du travail par le volontariat dans les organisations locales. Au cours du projet, un groupe de 20 bénévoles sera formé pour mener des activités de volontariat dans les organisations à but non lucratif de la ville de Biržai. Les 20 personnes se portent volontaires pendant au moins 6 mois dans une ou plusieurs organisations à but non lucratif de la ville de Biržai. Après avoir participé au projet, les volontaires recevront des documents confirmant les compétences acquises au cours du projet. On s’attend à ce qu’au moins 4 participants continuent de faire du bénévolat au sein d’organisations de partenaires sociaux ou d’ONG. (French)
