CIE LT Forge darbuotojų mokymai pameistrystės forma, skirti kvalifikacijos daliai įgyti. Projekto tikslas – užtikrinti nuolatinį įmonės darbuotojų kvalifikacijos lygio palaikymą, jų profesinį augimą ir gebėjimą prisitaikyti prie besikeičiančios pramonės poreikių. Projekto veikla – CIE LT Forge darbuotojų formalusis profesinis mokymas ir praktinis mokymas pameistrystės forma, skirti kvalifikacijos daliai įgyti pagal 2 pameistrystės programas. Projekto tikslinė grupė – CIE LT Forge darbuotojai: kalviai štampuotojai, kalviai štampuotojai-lyderiai, programinio valdymo staklių operatoriai, programinio valdymo staklių operatoriai – lyderiai, suvirintojai poliruotojai, plataus profilio staklininkai, plataus profilio staklininkai – lyderiai, suvirintojai poliruotojai, programinio valdymo staklių operatoriai, plataus profilio staklininkai, dujas deginančių įrenginių operatoriai. Planuojama, kad projekto įgyvendinimo pabaigoje 149 darbuotojai įgis dalį kvalifikacijos ir pereis į aukštesnės kategorijos specialistus. (Lithuanian)

Training of CIE LT Forge employees in the form of apprenticeships for the acquisition of part of the qualification. The aim of the project is to ensure continuous maintenance of the qualification level of the company’s employees, their professional growth and the ability to adapt to the needs of the changing industry. Project activity — formal vocational training and practical training for CIE LT Forge employees in the form of apprenticeships, intended for the acquisition of part of the qualification under 2 apprenticeships. Project Focus Group — CIE LT Forge Employees: smiths stampers, smiths extruders-leaders, operators of programmatic control machine tools, operators of programmatic control machine tools — leaders, welders polished, wide-profile machiners, wide-profile machiners — leaders, welders polished, operators of programmatic control machine tools, wide-profile machine tools, operators of gas-fired equipment. It is planned that at the end of the implementation of the project 149 employees will acquire part of the qualification and move to a higher category of specialists. (English)
