Projekto tikslas - Aukštaičių ir Paupio g. rekonstravimas įrengiant įvažiavimą į Drujos gatvę, siekiant užtikrinti naujai statomo gyvenamojo rajono infrastruktūrą automobilių transporto ir pėsčiųjų eismui. Rekonstravus Aukštaičių ir Paupio gatves bus ženkliai pagerintos techninės sąlygos sklandžiam ir saugiam transporto ir pėsčiųjų eismui, pagerės eismo sąlygos, saugumas, padidės gatvių laidumas transporto priemonių srautams Aukštaičių, Paupio ir aplinkinėse Senamiesčio seniūnijos gatvėse. Bus sumažintas neigiamas poveikis žmonių gyvenimo kokybei, neigiamas poveikis aplinkai, sumažės transporto priemonių eksploatacinės išlaidos, bei pagerės rajono estetinis vaizdas. Įgyvendinus projektą bus pasiekta pilna planuojamo rajono integracija į Vilniaus miesto transporto tinklą, o per Vilniaus miesto transporto jungtis su pagrindiniu šalies transporto tinklu - į regioninę susisiekimo infrastruktūrą. Įgyvendinus projektą bendrai bus rekonstruota ir naujai nutiesta 1,67 km gatvių. (Lithuanian)

The aim of the project is the reconstruction of Aukštaičių ir Paupio str. by installing the entrance to Drujos street in order to ensure the infrastructure of the newly constructed residential area for car transport and pedestrian traffic. The reconstruction of Aukštaičiai and Paupis streets will significantly improve the technical conditions for smooth and safe transport and pedestrian traffic, improve traffic conditions, safety, increase the conductivity of streets for the flow of vehicles in Aukštaičiai, Paupis and the surrounding streets of the Old Town eldership. The negative impact on people’s quality of life, the negative impact on the environment, the running costs of vehicles, and the aesthetic appearance of the area will be reduced. The project will achieve full integration of the planned district into the transport network of the city of Vilnius, and through Vilnius city transport connections with the main transport network of the country, the regional transport infrastructure will be achieved. Once the project is completed, 1.67 km of streets will be reconstructed and newly built. (English)

L’objectif du projet est la reconstruction de la rue Aukštaiči’ir Paupio en installant l’entrée de la rue Drujos afin d’assurer l’infrastructure de la zone résidentielle nouvellement construite pour le transport de voitures et la circulation piétonne. La reconstruction des rues Aukštaičiai et Paupis améliorera considérablement les conditions techniques de transport et de circulation piétonne en douceur et en toute sécurité, améliorera les conditions de circulation, la sécurité, augmentera la conductivité des rues pour la circulation des véhicules à Aukštai, Paupis et les rues environnantes de la vieille ville. L’impact négatif sur la qualité de vie des personnes, l’impact négatif sur l’environnement, les coûts de fonctionnement des véhicules et l’aspect esthétique de la zone seront réduits. Le projet permettra d’intégrer pleinement le district prévu dans le réseau de transport de la ville de Vilnius et, grâce aux liaisons de transport de la ville de Vilnius avec le principal réseau de transport du pays, l’infrastructure régionale de transport sera réalisée. Une fois le projet terminé, 1,67 km de rues seront reconstruits et nouvellement construits. (French)
