In order to remain competitive and looking for ways to organise, plan and execute works more efficiently and to offer services to customers more efficiently, the information technology training centre plans to invest in optimising its activities. During the project, it is planned to implement a unified work organisation information system for the efficiency of the institution’s activities, which will allow to modernise the internal and external business processes of the company. Afin de rester compétitif et de rechercher des moyens d’organiser, de planifier et d’exécuter plus efficacement les travaux et d’offrir des services aux clients plus efficacement, le centre de formation en technologies de l’information prévoit d’investir dans l’optimisation de ses activités. Au cours du projet, il est prévu de mettre en place un système d’information unifié sur l’organisation du travail pour l’efficacité des activités de l’institution, ce qui permettra de moderniser les processus opérationnels internes et externes de l’entreprise.
