UAB “INCO production” – maža įmonė, įsteigta 1997 m. Bendrovė gamina smulkius suvenyrinius keramikos dirbinius. Bendrovės gaminama produkcija eksportuojama į Vokietiją, Šveicariją, Čekiją, Latviją, Rusiją, Lenkiją. Kadangi bendrovė bendradarbiauja su dideliu ir nuolat augančiu užsakovų skaičiumi bei konkuruoja gamindama nedidelės apimties užsakymus, iškilo poreikis automatizuoti veiklos procesus, diegiant elektroninio verslo sprendimus. Siekiant didinti produkcijos pardavimų bei eksporto apimtis, numatoma įmonėje įdiegti B2B prekybos valdymo ir duomenų apsikeitimo sistemą, kuri bus integruota su klientų duomenų valdymo (CRM) ir buhalterinės apskaitos programomis. Projekte numatytų investicijų įgyvendinimas įgalintų ne tik padidinti įmonės pardavimų ir eksporto apimtis, tačiau taip pat padidintų įmonės darbo našumą bei konkurencingumą rinkoje. UAB “INCO production” is a small company established in 1997. The company produces small souvenir ceramic products. The company’s production is exported to Germany, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, Latvia, Russia, Poland. Since the company cooperates with a large and constantly growing number of customers and competes in producing small orders, there was a need to automate business processes by implementing e-business solutions. In order to increase the volume of production sales and exports, it is planned to implement the B2B trading management and data exchange system, which will be integrated with customer data management (CRM) and accounting programs. Implementation of the investments envisaged in the project would not only increase the company’s sales and exports, but also increase the company’s productivity and competitiveness in the market. UAB «INCO production» est une petite entreprise créée en 1997. La société produit de petits produits céramiques souvenir. La production de la société est exportée vers l’Allemagne, la Suisse, la République tchèque, la Lettonie, la Russie, la Pologne. Étant donné que l’entreprise coopère avec un nombre important et toujours croissant de clients et est en concurrence dans la production de petites commandes, il était nécessaire d’automatiser les processus commerciaux en mettant en œuvre des solutions e-business. Afin d’augmenter le volume des ventes et des exportations de production, il est prévu de mettre en œuvre le système de gestion des transactions et d’échange de données B2B, qui sera intégré aux programmes de gestion des données clients (CRM) et de comptabilité.
