Projekto tikslas - informacijos apie socialines ir kitas paslaugas prieinamumo ir įvairovės didinimas bei teikimas reemigrantams ir kitiems socialinę atskirtį ar integravimosi sunkumus patiriantiems asmenims. Projektu siekama sukurti informacines priemones ir rengti bei teikti aktualią informaciją apie socialines ir kitas paslaugas tikslinės grupės asmenims bei esant poreikiui tarpininkauti (palydėti) jas gaunant. Tam bus sukurtas tinklalapis ir socialinių tinklų puslapis, kur dalyviai galės gauti aktualią informaciją vienoje vietoje, viešinami straipsniai ir vaizdo klipai apie socialines ir kitas paslaugas, išleistas lankstinukas su aktualia informacija. Siekiant gerinti informavimą ir konsultavimą, numatyta diskusija ir apklausa. (Lithuanian)

The aim of the project is to increase the availability and diversity of information on social and other services and to provide re-emigrants and other people with social exclusion or integration difficulties. The project aims to develop information tools and to develop and provide relevant information about social and other services for the people of the target group and where there is a need to mediate (support) in receiving them. For this purpose, a website and social media page will be created, where participants will be able to receive relevant information in one place, articles and videos about social and other services, and leaflets with relevant information will be published. A discussion and a survey are foreseen to improve information and consultation. (English)
