Šalčininkų rajono savivaldybės administracija inicijuoja projektą "Paslaugų ir asmenų aptarnavimo kokybės gerinimas Šalčininkų rajono savivaldybėje", kuriuo siekia padidinti gyventojų pasitenkinimą Savivaldybėje teikiamomis viešosiomis švietimo paslaugomis ir asmenų aptarnavimu. Projekto metu bus patobulinta esama savivaldybės informacinė sistema, pritaikant ją darbui su švietimo įstaigomis, tobulinamas švietimo paslaugų teikimo procesas bei stiprinamos darbuotojų kompetencijos. Projekto tikslinė grupė – Savivaldybės švietimo skyriaus,pavaldžių švietimo įstaigų ir seniūnijų darbuotojai. Projekto naudos gavėjai - Savivaldybės gyventojai. Projekto nauda. Įgyvendinus numatytas priemones, padidės gyventojų pasitenkinimas Savivaldybėje teikiamomis viešosiomis švietimo paslaugomis ir asmenų aptarnavimu. Bus patobulinta esama Savivaldybės informacinė sistema, užtikrinant efektyvesnį bendradarbiavimą tarp Savivaldybės ir jai pavaldžių švietimo įstaigų. Visa tai prisidės prie gyventojų aptarnavimo efektyvumo ir jų pasitenkinimo teikiamomis paslaugomis didinimo. (Lithuanian)

Šalčininkai district municipal administration initiates a project “Improving the quality of service and personal service in Šalčininkai district municipality”, which aims to increase the satisfaction of residents with public education services and personal service provided by the Municipality. During the project, the existing municipal information system will be improved, adapting it to work with educational institutions, improving the process of providing education services and strengthening employees’ competences. The target group of the project is the employees of the Municipal Education Department, the management of educational institutions and the elderships. The beneficiaries of the project are the residents of the Municipality. The benefits of the project. The implementation of the planned measures will increase the satisfaction of the population with the public education services and services provided by the Municipality. The existing Municipal Information System will be improved by ensuring more effective cooperation between the Municipality and its subordinate educational institutions. All this will contribute to the efficiency of the service of the population and their satisfaction with the services provided. (English)
