Siekiant didinti specialiųjų ugdymosi poreikių turinčių vaikų ugdymo veiksmingumą ir švietimo pagalbos prieinamumą bus diegiamas koordinuotai teikiamos švietimo pagalbos, socialinės ir sveikatos priežiūros paslaugų organizavimo modelis. Modelio veiklos orientuotos į nepakankama apimti teikiamų paslaugų plėtrą ir neteikiamų ar neprieinamų, tačiau reikalingų paslaugų teikimą. Mokinių, turinčių specialiųjų ugdymosi poreikių ugdymo paskirtis – padėti mokiniui lavintis, mokytis pagal gebėjimus, įgyti išsilavinimą ir kvalifikaciją, pripažįstant ir plėtojant jų gebėjimus ir galias. Planuojama pagalbą suteikti likusiems 246 vaikams, turintiems specialiųjų ugdymosi poreikių. (Lithuanian)

A coordinated model for the organisation of educational assistance, social and health care services will be implemented in order to increase the efficiency of education for children with special educational needs and access to education assistance. The model’s activities focus on the insufficient coverage of the development of the services provided and the provision of services that are not provided or accessible but necessary. Pupils with special educational needs education are designed to help the pupil develop, learn according to their competences, acquire education and qualifications by recognising and developing their skills and powers. It is planned to provide assistance to the remaining 246 children with special educational needs. (English)
