Numatomos diegti technologijos įgalins įmonę pradėti inovatyvių produktų – tiek naujų maisto apdorojimo ir pakavimo įrenginių, kurių šiuo metu UAB „Pakma“ negamina, tiek ženkliai patobulintų esamo asortimento įrenginių gamybą. Šios technologijos taip pat leis užtikrinti aukštą inovatyvių produktų kokybę ir saugumą, kuris yra itin svarbus maisto gamybos sektoriuje, o darbo našumo augimas ir naujų gaminių projektavimo sprendimai – klientams pasiūlyti mažesnes gaminamos produkcijos kainas. UAB “Pakma” with more than half a century experience designs, manufactures, sells liquid and paste-like food and unit products packaging and packaging equipment. UAB “Pakma” is now recognised as a leader in the manufacture of equipment for this purpose. The company offers its customers packaging and packaging equipment, transportation systems, cooling tunnels, dispensers, mixers, shredders and other food processing and packaging equipment. The equipment produced by the company is intended for dairy, bread, confectionery, canned food and other sectors of the food industry. In order to modernise the production base, increase productivity and efficiency, increase the quality and safety of products and offer innovative products to the market, UAB “Pakma” initiates the project “Implementation of Key Effect Technologies by UAB PAKMA in order to modernise the production base and increase productivity”, during which plans to acquire and implement high-emission technologies (KETs) in the production process, based on photonics and advanced production systems. The technologies to be implemented will enable the company to start the production of innovative products — both new food processing and packaging equipment, which UAB “Pakma” currently does not produce, and significantly improve the production of the existing assortment equipment. These technologies will also ensure a high quality and safety of innovative products, which is crucial in the food production sector, while the growth of labour productivity and design solutions for new products — to offer customers lower production prices. Together with many years of experience in the company’s activities and accumulated know-how, quality management and good manufacturing practice standards implemented in the company, qualified personnel will ensure a comprehensive satisfaction of customers’ needs and gain a long-term competitive advantage.
