Pirminiai stebėsenos rezultatai ir tyrimai rodo, kad švietimo pasiūla nėra sistemiškai derinama su visuomenės ir šalies ūkio poreikiais. Nėra aiškaus mechanizmo, leidžiančio įvertinti visuomenės ir ūkio poreikius, ir tikslingai planuoti švietimo pasiūlą. Šioms įvardijamoms problemoms spręsti įgyvendinant projektą bus kuriama metodika, kuri įveiklins Nacionalinės žmogiškųjų išteklių stebėsenos rezultatus ir leis analizuoti bei vertinti švietimo pasiūlą bei teikti rekomendacijas dėl švieitmo pasiūlos planavimo, atsižvelgiant į visuomenės ir ūkio poreikius. Taip pat projekto metu bus ugdomi projekto tikslinės grupės gebėjimai, reikalingi projekto metu rengiamų tyrimų ir metodikos bei jų pagrindu gautų rezultatų pritaikymui mokslo ir studijų politikos įgyvendinimui. Sukurtos švietimo pasiūlos analizės ir vertinimo sistemos teikiamos informacijos pagrindu bus teikiamos rekomendacijos projekto tikslinei grupei – valstybės institucijoms, atsakingoms už švietimo politikos formavimą ir įgyvendinimą. Rekomendacijos sudarys sąlygas priimti įrodymais pagrįstus sprendimus žmogiškųjų išteklių ir švietimo politikos srityse, atsižvelgiant į darbo rinkos poreikius ir prognozes. (Lithuanian)

Initial monitoring results and studies show that education supply is not systematically matched with the needs of society and the national economy. There is no clear mechanism to assess the needs of society and the economy and to plan the education supply in a targeted way. To address these identified problems, the project will develop a methodology that will overcome the results of the National Human Resources Monitoring and allow to analyse and evaluate the educational supply and make recommendations for planning the supply of education, taking into account the needs of society and the economy. The project will also develop the capacity of the project target group to apply the research and methodology developed during the project and the results obtained on the basis of them for the implementation of the research and study policy. The information provided by the established education supply analysis and evaluation system will provide recommendations to the target group of the project, i.e. public institutions responsible for the design and implementation of education policies. The recommendations will enable evidence-based decisions in human resources and education policies, taking into account labour market needs and forecasts. (English)
