    Projekto metu bus diegiama kokybės vadybos sistema pagal LST EN ISO 9001 standarto reikalavimus, apmokomi organizacijos darbuotojai, atliekamas sertifikacinis auditas. Įgyvendinant projektą, siekiama sudaryti palankias sąlygas pagerinti darbo našumą. Vadovaudamiesi tarptautinio standarto LST EN ISO 9001 reikalavimais, organizacija periodiškai analizuos ir vertins kokybės vadybos sistemą, nustatys gerinimo būdus bei priemones. Įdiegtos kokybės vadybos sistemos dėka organizacija tobulės, įtraukdama į tobulinimo veiklą visus darbuotojus, siekdama kuo geriau patenkinti klientų poreikius, gerins teikiamų paslaugų kokybę.     During the project, the quality management system will be implemented in accordance with the requirements of the LST EN ISO 9001 standard, the organisation’s employees are trained, and certification audits are carried out. The project aims to create favourable conditions for improving labour productivity. In accordance with the requirements of the international standard LST EN ISO 9001, the organisation will periodically analyse and evaluate the quality management system, identify ways and means of improvement. Thanks to the quality management system put in place, the organisation will improve by involving all employees in the improvement activities, in order to meet the needs of customers as well as improve the quality of the services provided.
