Projekto veiklos sritis - juvelyrinių dirbinių gamyba ir prekyba. Pareiškėjas kuria naujus modelius ir gamina gaminius mažomis serijomis, gavęs individualų užsakymą iš individualaus kliento. Juvelyriniai dirbiniai atitinka visus tarptautinius bei Europos sąjungos reikalavimus, gamyboje naudojamas tik 925 prabos sidabras (be nikelio). Juvelyrinių dirbinių gamyba vykdoma Ukmergėje, kur nuolat palaikoma didžiausia Swarovski kristalų įvairovė Baltijos šalyse ir viena didžiausių Swarovski kristalų įvairovių Centrinėje - Rytų Europoje. Dėl šios priežasties įmonė veikia ypatingai lanksčiai ir gali itin operatyviai (užsakymai įprastai įvykdomi per ne ilgesnį nei 2 savaičių terminą) pagaminti užsakytus gaminius su bet kokia Swarovski kristalų forma ar atspalviu. Projekto tikslas - plėsti esamas eksporto rinkas ir skverbtis į naujas, siekiant didinti įmonės prekinio ženklo žinomumą. Projekto metu bus dalyvaujama svarbiausiose juvelyrinėse parodose įmonės produkcijai pristatyti. Planuojama plėsti eksportą Š. Amerikos, Vakarų Europos šalyse, taip pat Baltijos šalyse. Projektu planuojama ženkliai padidinti įmonės eksportą dabartinėse rinkose ir pradėti eksportą naujuose "vandenyse", taip pat siekiama didinti įmonės prekinio ženklo žinomumą, vykdyti klientų portfelio diversifikaciją. Projekto metu siekiami rodikliai turės įtakos veiklos apimčių didėjimui, darbo vietų ir darbo užmokesčio augimui Pareiškėjo įmonėje, socialinės atskirties mažinimui bei bendro šalies BVP didėjimui. The field of activity of the project is the production and marketing of jewellery. The applicant develops new models and produces products in small series after receiving an individual order from an individual customer. Jewellery meets all international and European Union requirements, only 925 fineness silver (no nickel) is used in production. Jewellery production is carried out in Ukmergė, where the largest variety of Swarovski crystals in the Baltic States is constantly maintained and one of the largest diversity of Swarovski crystals in Central — Eastern Europe. For this reason, the company is extremely flexible and is able to produce the ordered products with any shape or shade of Swarovski crystals in any form or shade of Swarovski crystals. The aim of the project is to expand the existing export markets and to penetrate new ones in order to increase the visibility of the company’s brand. During the project we will participate in the most important jewellery exhibitions to present the company’s products. It is planned to expand exports in the countries of North America, Western Europe, as well as in the Baltic States. The project plans to significantly increase the company’s exports in current markets and to start exporting in new “waters”, as well as to increase the visibility of the company’s brand and to carry out customer portfolio diversification. The indicators sought during the project will have an impact on the growth of activity, the growth of jobs and wages in the Applicant’s enterprise, the reduction of social exclusion and the increase in the country’s total GDP.
