Projekto tikslas – didinti profesinio ir suaugusiųjų mokymo kokybę plėtojant profesinio mokymo įstaigų ir suaugusiųjų mokymo įstaigų mokytojų kvalifikacijos tobulinimo sistemą, stiprinant profesinio mokymo įstaigų mokytojų ir suaugusiųjų mokymo įstaigų mokytojų (andragogų) socialines, dalykines, didaktines kompetencijas. Tikslinė grupė – profesinio mokymo įstaigų mokytojai ir suaugusiųjų mokymo įstaigų mokytojai (andragogai). Projekto metu bus organizuojami sektorinių praktinio mokymo centrų atstovų mokymai, kurie suteiks / padidins darbuotojų kompetencijas, reikalingas kryptingai centrų veiklai užtikrinti. Numatomas apmokytų asmenų skaičius – 126 asmenys. Gerinant sektorinių praktinio mokymo centrų plėtros planavimą, bus organizuojami konsultaciniai mokymai veiklų planavimo, įgyvendinimo, veiklos efektyvinimo srityse. Siekiant įgyti gerosios tarptautinės patirties, profesinio mokymo įstaigų mokytojams ir suaugusiųjų mokymo įstaigų mokytojams (andragogams) bus organizuojamos kvalifikacijos tobulinimo stažuotės užsienyje. Siekiant tobulinti profesinio mokymo įstaigų darbuotojų kvalifikaciją, bus organizuojami profesinių mokyklų mokytojų (700 asmenų) bei profesinio mokymo metodinių komisijų narių (42 asmenys) mokymai. Andragogų mokymosi poreikiams patenkinti, projekto metu numatyta apmokyti 193 andragogus. Taip pat numatoma surengti 4 teminius nacionalinio ir tarptautinio lygmens mokymus (konferencijas). Rezultatai: profesinio mokymo įstaigų mokytojai ir suaugusiųjų mokymo įstaigų mokytojai (andragogai) įgis ir / arba patobulins profesinei veiklai reikalingas andragogines, didaktines, socialines, dalykines kompetencijas. Įgytos žinios padidins profesinio ir suaugusiųjų mokymo kokybę ir jo patrauklumą tarp šalies gyventojų. Tobulinant sektorinių centrų atstovų kvalifikaciją bus efektyviau išnaudojamas sektorinių praktinio mokymo centrų potencialas. (Lithuanian)

The aim of the project is to increase the quality of vocational and adult education by developing a system for improving the qualification of teachers of VET institutions and adult education institutions, strengthening the social, subject-matter and didactic competences of VET teachers and teachers (andragogs). The target group is VET teachers and adult education teachers (andragogis). During the project, training of representatives of sectoral practical training centres will be organised, which will provide/increase the competencies of employees needed to ensure targeted activities of the centres. The estimated number of trained persons is 126. In order to improve the planning of the development of sectoral practical training centres, consultative training will be organised in the fields of planning, implementation and efficiency of activities. In order to gain international good practice, vocational education and training teachers and teachers (andragogs) in adult education will receive in-service training abroad. Training of VET teachers (700 persons) and members of the VET methodological commissions (42 persons) will be organised to improve the qualifications of VET staff. To meet the learning needs of andragogis, the project provides training of 193 andragogis. 4 thematic trainings (conferences) at national and international level are also foreseen. Results: VET teachers and teachers of adult education institutions (andragogis) will acquire and/or improve the andragogical, didactic, social, subject-matter competences needed for their professional activities. The knowledge gained will increase the quality of vocational and adult education and its attractiveness among the population. The potential of sectoral practical training centres will be more effectively exploited by improving the qualifications of representatives of sectoral centres. (English)
