Private limited liability company “Avona” is a modern and active construction company that has been active in the Lithuanian construction market for twenty years. Its main objectives are to meet customers’ needs in an optimal way, to combine economic interests with prevailing requirements, to ensure the highest quality of service provision and to remain competitive for at least the next decade. For these reasons, the implementation of the project is planned, which will involve the purchase of a server and the implementation of a business management system. It is expected that the server’s ability to store and protect data, security and business management system will optimise 4 company processes: human resources, sales, project and document management. The chosen e-business solution will increase the company’s productivity and sales revenues in order to remain competitive in an environment. (English)
