„Computer Sciences Corporation“ (CSC) yra viena didžiausių pasaulio informacinių technologijų (IT) sprendimų ir konsultacijų bendrovių. CSC centrinė būstinė įsikūrusi JAV, padaliniai veikia Australijoje, Azijos ir Europos valstybėse. Vilniuje veikiantis CSC Baltic IT paslaugų centras buvo įkurtas 2008 m., IT paslaugų centras aptarnauja globalius CSC klientus Skandinavijoje, Prancūzijoje, Vokietijoje, Ispanijoje, Jungtinėje Karalystėje, Liuksemburge, Austrijoje, taip pat JAV ir Azijos šalyse. CSC Baltic klientams teikia pirminę pagalbą IT klausimais, aptarnauja įvairias verslo valdymo, saugumo ir kitas kompiuterines sistemas. Teikiamo projekto tikslas – CSC Baltic darbuotojų kompetencijos ugdymas tobulinant jų specializuotas profesines žinias bei įgūdžius siekiant atitikti įmonės poreikius. Projekto metu numatoma apmokyti 143 specialistus. CSC Baltic siūlo savo klientams inovatyvius, didelę pridėtinę vertę kuriančius IT sprendimus bei technologijas įvairiose šalyse, todėl įmonė suinteresuota, kad jos darbuotojai disponuotų pačiomis naujausiomis profesinėmis žiniomis bei įgūdžiais, be to galėtų laisvai susikalbėti su įmonės klientais jų gimtąją kalba. Atsižvelgiant į tai, projekto įgyvendinimo laikotarpiu įmonės darbuotojai mokysis vokiečių kalbos ir kels kvalifikaciją IT srityje. (Lithuanian)

Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) is one of the world’s largest IT solutions and consulting companies. CSC headquarters are located in the United States with offices in Australia, Asia and Europe. The CSC Baltic IT service centre in Vilnius was established in 2008, and the IT service centre serves global CSC clients in Scandinavia, France, Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, Luxembourg, Austria, as well as the USA and Asia. CSC Baltic provides initial IT support to clients, serves various business management, security and other computer systems. The aim of the project is to develop the competence of CSC Baltic employees by improving their specialised professional knowledge and skills in order to meet the needs of the company. During the project it is planned to train 143 specialists. CSC Baltic offers its customers innovative, high value-added IT solutions and technologies in different countries, therefore the company is interested in its employees to have the most up-to-date professional knowledge and skills, as well as to communicate freely with the company’s customers in their native language. In this context, during the implementation of the project, the company’s employees will learn German and raise their qualifications in the IT field. (English)
