Projekto tikslas yra parengti Mažeikių miesto VVG plėtros strategiją, kuria siekiama didinti vietines įsidarbinimo galimybes ir skatinti bendruomenės socialinę integraciją pasitelkiant bendruomenės, verslo ir vietos valdžios ryšius. Rengiant strategiją bus išanalizuota Mažeikių miesto socialinė ir ekonominė situacija, atskleidžianti tikslines grupes ir pagrindinius poreikius. Siekiant kuo didesnio bendruomenės dalyvavimo ir įsitraukimo į Mažeikių miesto VVG plėtros strategijos rengimą, bus suorganizuotas susitikimas su vietos bendruomene. Susitikimo metu būtų skatinamas bendruomenės, verslo ir vietos valdžios dialogas dėl vietos įsidarbinimo galimybių didinimo Mažeikių mieste. Apie parengtą Mažeikių miesto VVG plėtros strategiją Mažeikių miesto gyventojai bus informuoti vietinėje spaudoje. Galutiniame projekto etape, atsižvelgiant į tiriamosios studijos bei bendruomenės narių diskusijų išvadas, bus parengta Mažeikių miesto VVG plėtros strategija siekianti numatyti konkrečias įsidarbinimo didinimo galimybes Mažeikių mieste. The aim of the project is to develop a strategy for the development of the LAG in Mažeikiai, which aims to increase local employment opportunities and promote the social integration of the community through links between community, business and local government. The strategy will analyse the socio-economic situation of Mažeikiai city, revealing target groups and basic needs. A meeting with the local community will be organised to maximise community involvement and involvement in the development strategy of Mažeikiai city LAGs. The meeting would promote dialogue between the community, business and local government on enhancing local employment opportunities in Mažeikiai. The residents of Mažeikiai city will be informed about the development strategy of Mažeikiai town in the local press. In the final phase of the project, taking into account the conclusions of the research study and the discussions between the members of the community, a strategy for the development of the LAG in Mažeikiai will be drawn up in order to anticipate concrete employment opportunities in Mažeikiai city.
