Projekto tikslas yra parengti Elektrėnų miesto vietos veiklos grupės vietos plėtros strategiją, kuria siekiama didinti vietines įsidarbinimo galimybes ir skatinti bendruomenės socialinę integraciją pasitelkiant bendruomenės, verslo ir vietos valdžios ryšius. Projekto metu bus atlikta tiriamoji studija apie Elektrėnų miesto teritoriją, siekiant atskleisti socialinę ir ekonominę miesto situaciją. Taip pat bus organizuojamas susitikimas su vietos bendruomene, skatinant bendruomenės, verslo ir vietos valdžios dialogą bei įsidarbinimo galimybių didinimą Elektrėnų mieste. Informacija apie rengiamą Elektrėnų miesto vietos veiklos grupės vietos plėtros strategiją bus patalpinta vietinėje spaudoje. Galutiniame projekto etape, atsižvelgiant į tiriamosios studijos bei bendruomenės narių diskusijų išvadas, bus parengta Elektrėnų miesto vietos veiklos grupės vietos plėtros strategija, siekiant numatyti konkrečias įsidarbinimo galimybių didinimo priemones. The aim of the project is to develop a local development strategy of the local action group of the city of Elektrėnai, which aims to increase local employability and promote the social integration of the community through links between community, business and local government. During the project, a research study on the territory of Elektrėnai city will be carried out in order to reveal the socio-economic situation of the city. A meeting with the local community will also be organised to promote dialogue between community, business and local government and to increase employability in Elektrėnai. Information on the preparation of the local development strategy of the local action group in Elektrėnai will be published in the local press. In the final phase of the project, the local development strategy of the local action group of the city of Elektrėnai will be drawn up, taking into account the conclusions of the exploratory study and discussions between members of the community, in order to provide for concrete measures to increase employability.
