    THIS PROJECT PROVIDES FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THREE TRAINING MODULES FOR PUPILS IN THE UPPER SECONDARY SCHOOL OF THE INSTITUTE AND AIMS TO PROGRESSIVELY DEVELOP A SERIES OF TRANSVERSAL SKILLS USEFUL NOT ONLY IN THEIR DAILY LIVES BUT ALSO IN ANTICIPATION OF THEIR WORKING FUTURE IN ORDER TO PROMOTE SELF-EMPLOYMENT, ACTIVE CITIZENSHIP AND THE CREATION OF NEW ECONOMIC ACTIVITIES. THESE SKILLS INCLUDE CREATIVITY AND SENSE OF INITIATIVE ABILITY TO SOLVE PROBLEMS AND CRITICAL THINKING DECISION-MAKING AND RISK-TAKING ADAPTABILITY AND PERSEVERANCE SELF-DISCIPLINE AND SENSE OF RESPONSIBILITY LEADERSHIP AND TEAMWORK ABILITY TO PLAN AND ORGANISE RISK TAKING UNDERSTANDING OF THE ECONOMIC AND CULTURAL SOCIAL CONTEXT AS WELL AS LANGUAGE SKILLS AND PERSUASION SKILLS.
