Le chantier d’insertion d’APIE a pour objet de permettre à des personnes sans emploi, rencontrant des difficultés socioprofessionnelles, de bénéficier de contrats à durée déterminée d’insertion en vue de faciliter leur insertion sociale et professionnelle. Cela s’accompagne de modalités d’accueil, d’intégration et d’accompagnement particulières. Les salariés sont embauchés dans le cadre d’un contrat à durée déterminée d’insertion initiale de 6 mois pour une durée hebdomadaire de 26 heures. Le chantier d’insertion permet aux salariés de travailler sur des supports de production et de bénéficier d’un accompagnement (mise en place de leur parcours professionnel). Les principales activités du chantier d’insertion sont : \- Le bâtiment second oeuvre, petite menuiserie \- L’environnement : espaces verts et nettoyage des plages Les objectifs sont : \- lever les freins à l’emploi (mobilité, logement, addiction …) dans un contexte sécurisé avec un accompagnement individualisé de l’équipe pluridisciplinaire pour permettre aux salariés d’évoluer positivement \- permettre aux personnes d’élaborer un projet professionnel en mettant en place des actions de type formations, stages, évaluations, remise à niveau … \- favoriser les apprentissages techniques et théoriques en lien avec la formalisation du CQP (certificat de qualification professionnelle) \- accéder à un emploi durable ou à une formation qualifiante par un travail de partenariat avec les référents PLIE (French)

The purpose of the FIPA integration project is to enable unemployed persons experiencing socio-occupational difficulties to benefit from fixed-term employment contracts with a view to facilitating their social and professional integration. This is accompanied by special reception, integration and support arrangements. Employees are hired under a 6-month initial fixed-term employment contract for a weekly period of 26 hours. The integration site allows employees to work on production supports and to benefit from support (setting up their career paths). The main activities of the integration site are: \- The second building, small carpentry \- The environment: green spaces and beach cleaning The objectives are: \- lift the barriers to employment (mobility, housing, addiction...) in a secure context with individualised support from the multidisciplinary team to enable employees to evolve positively \- allow people to develop a professional project by putting in place actions such as training, traineeships, evaluations, upgrading... \- promote technical and theoretical learning related to the formalisation of the CQP (vocational qualification certificate) \- access sustainable employment or qualifying training through partnership work with PLIE referents (English)

Ziel der APIE-Eingliederungsarbeit ist es, Arbeitslosen mit sozioökonomischen Schwierigkeiten die Möglichkeit zu geben, befristete Eingliederungsverträge in Anspruch zu nehmen, um ihre soziale und berufliche Eingliederung zu erleichtern. Dies geht mit besonderen Aufnahme-, Integrations- und Begleitmodalitäten einher. Die Arbeitnehmer werden im Rahmen eines sechsmonatigen befristeten Eingliederungsvertrags für eine wöchentliche Dauer von 26 Stunden eingestellt. Die Eingliederungsarbeitsstätte ermöglicht es den Arbeitnehmern, auf Produktionsträgern zu arbeiten und eine Begleitung zu erhalten (Einführung ihres beruflichen Werdegangs). Die wichtigsten Tätigkeiten der Eingliederungswerft sind: \- Das zweite Gebäude, kleine Schreinerei \- Die Umgebung: Grünflächen und Strandreinigung Die Ziele sind: \- Beseitigung der Hindernisse für die Beschäftigung (Mobilität, Wohnen, Sucht...) in einem sicheren Kontext mit individueller Begleitung des multidisziplinären Teams, damit die Arbeitnehmer positiv weiterentwickelt werden können \- die Menschen in die Lage versetzen, ein berufliches Projekt zu entwickeln, indem Maßnahmen wie Schulungen, Praktika, Bewertungen, Auffrischungsarbeiten durchgeführt werden... \- Förderung des technischen und theoretischen Lernens im Zusammenhang mit der Formalisierung des CQP (Berufsqualifikationszertifikat) \- Zugang zu einer dauerhaften Beschäftigung oder Qualifizierung durch Partnerschaft mit den PLIE-Referenten (German)

Het FIPA-integratieproject heeft tot doel werklozen die in sociaal-beroepsproblemen verkeren in staat te stellen gebruik te maken van arbeidsovereenkomsten voor bepaalde tijd, teneinde hun sociale en professionele integratie te vergemakkelijken. Dit gaat gepaard met speciale opvang-, integratie- en ondersteuningsregelingen. Werknemers worden aangeworven met een initiële arbeidsovereenkomst voor bepaalde tijd van 6 maanden voor een wekelijkse periode van 26 uur. De integratiesite stelt medewerkers in staat om te werken aan productieondersteuning en om te profiteren van ondersteuning (het opzetten van hun carrièrepaden). De belangrijkste activiteiten van de integratiesite zijn: \- Het tweede gebouw, kleine timmerwerk \- De omgeving: groene ruimten en strandschoonmaak De doelstellingen zijn: \- opheffing van de belemmeringen voor werkgelegenheid (mobiliteit, huisvesting, verslaving...) in een veilige context met geïndividualiseerde steun van het multidisciplinair team om werknemers in staat te stellen positief te evolueren \- mensen in staat te stellen een professioneel project te ontwikkelen door middel van acties zoals opleiding, stages, evaluaties, upgraden... \- bevorderen van technisch en theoretisch leren in verband met de formalisering van het CQP (beroepskwalificatiecertificaat) \- toegang tot duurzame werkgelegenheid of kwalificerende opleiding door samenwerking met PLIE referents (Dutch)

Lo scopo del progetto di integrazione FIPA è quello di consentire ai disoccupati in difficoltà socioprofessionali di beneficiare di contratti di lavoro a tempo determinato al fine di facilitarne l'inserimento sociale e professionale. Ciò è accompagnato da particolari modalità di accoglienza, integrazione e sostegno. I dipendenti sono assunti con un contratto iniziale di lavoro a tempo determinato di 6 mesi per un periodo settimanale di 26 ore. Il sito di integrazione consente ai dipendenti di lavorare su supporti produttivi e di beneficiare del supporto (preparazione dei loro percorsi di carriera). Le principali attività del sito di integrazione sono: \- Il secondo edificio, piccola falegnameria \- L'ambiente: spazi verdi e pulizia della spiaggia Gli obiettivi sono: \- rimuovere le barriere all'occupazione (mobilità, alloggio, dipendenza...) in un contesto sicuro con il sostegno personalizzato del team multidisciplinare per consentire ai dipendenti di evolversi positivamente \- consentire alle persone di sviluppare un progetto professionale mettendo in atto azioni quali formazione, tirocini, valutazioni, aggiornamento... \- promuovere l'apprendimento tecnico e teorico relativo alla formalizzazione del CQP (certificato di qualifica professionale) \- accedere a un'occupazione sostenibile o formazione qualificata attraverso il lavoro di partenariato con referenti PLIE (Italian)

El objetivo del proyecto de integración del FIPA es permitir a los desempleados con dificultades socioprofesionales beneficiarse de contratos de trabajo de duración determinada con el fin de facilitar su integración social y profesional. Esto va acompañado de arreglos especiales de recepción, integración y apoyo. Los empleados son contratados con arreglo a un contrato inicial de trabajo de duración determinada de seis meses por un período semanal de 26 horas. El sitio de integración permite a los empleados trabajar en soportes de producción y beneficiarse del apoyo (establecer sus trayectorias profesionales). Las principales actividades del sitio de integración son: \- El segundo edificio, carpintería pequeña \- El entorno: espacios verdes y limpieza de la playa Los objetivos son: \- levantar los obstáculos al empleo (movilidad, vivienda, adicción...) en un contexto seguro con el apoyo individualizado del equipo multidisciplinario para que los empleados puedan evolucionar positivamente \- permitir que las personas desarrollen un proyecto profesional mediante la puesta en marcha de acciones como la formación, los períodos de prácticas, las evaluaciones, la mejora... \- promover el aprendizaje técnico y teórico relacionado con la formalización del CQP (certificado de cualificación profesional) \- acceder al empleo sostenible o a la formación cualificada a través del trabajo de asociación con referentes PLIE (Spanish)
