ON THE BASIS OF THIS COMPLEXIT, THE CONTINUING EVOLUTION OF THE SCHOOL SYSTEM, WHICH OPENS UP NEW CRITICAL SCHOOLS EACH YEAR, ALSO INVOLVES THE CONTINUOUS CHANGES IN THE EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM THAT OPENS UP EVERY YEAR BOTH TO THE CONTINUOUS REGULATORY INNOVATIONS AND TO THE DEMANDS THAT THE NATIONAL SCHOOL SYSTEM ALSO PLACES LOCAL SCHOOLS THROUGH THE I.N.V.A.L.S.I. ASSESSMENT, THEREFORE THE PROBLEM IS TO IDENTIFY NEW AND FUNCTIONAL STRATEGIES THAT SUPPORT THE LINK TO THE ASSESSMENT SYSTEM I.N.V.A.L.S.I.
