Иван Стоянов Йорданов е регистриран като земеделски производител на 21.12.2015 г. по реда на Наредба № 3 от 29.01.1999 г. за създаване и поддържане на регистър на земеделските производители и настъпилите изменения и доп. към нея, обн. в ДВ, бр. 2 от 08.01.2008 г. Кандидатът развива земеделска дейност в секторите "Плодове и зеленчуци" и "Фуражни култури", като стопанисва 11,999 дка земеделска земя. Стопанството на Иван Йорданов се състои от 10 дка сливови насаждения, 1,999 дка люцерна, които земеделския производител обработва въз основа на влязъл в сила договор за аренда. Размерът на земеделското стопанство, измерен в СПО евро възлиза на 7334,95 СПО евро.В качеството си на добър земеделски производител, Иван Йорданов отглежда стопанство си по биологичен начин, съгласно сключен договор за биологично сертифициране и контрол, като към момента е в етап на преход към биологично производство.Проектното предложение на кандидата предвижда инвестиции в модернизиране на стопанството и материалните мощности, което ще се осъществи със закупуване на земеделска техника и преструктуриране на наличното в момента земеделско стопанство изцяло в сектор "Плодове и зеленчуци", като на площите с люцерна ще бъдат създадени нови трайни насаждения - сливи 1,999 дка.Кандидатът има за цел повишаване на устойчивостта и жизнеспособността на земеделското стопанство, както и развиване наконкурентоспособно земеделие, което ще бъде постигнато с реализиране на планираните инвестиции. Ivan Stoyanov Yordanov was registered as a farmer on 21 December 2015 in accordance with Regulation No 3 of 29 January 1999 on the establishment and maintenance of a register of farmers and the amendments thereto, promulgated in State Gazette No 2 of 8 January 2008. The applicant develops agricultural activity in the fruit and vegetables and fodder crops sectors, managing 11,999 decares of agricultural land. Ivan Yordanov’s farm consists of 10 decares of plum plantations, 1,999 decares of alfalfa, which the farmer cultivates on the basis of a lease contract entered into force. As a good farmer, Ivan Yordanov grows his farm organically, according to a contract for organic certification and control, and is currently in the stage of conversion to organic production. The project proposal of the applicant envisages investments in modernisation of the farm and the facilities, which will be carried out with the purchase of agricultural machinery and restructuring of the currently available agricultural holding entirely in the “Fruit and Vegetables” sector. new permanent crops — plums of 1,999 decares will be created on the area with alfalfa. The applicant aims to increase the sustainability and viability of the agricultural holding, as well as to develop competitive agriculture, which will be achieved with the realisation of the planned investments. Ivan Stoyanov Yordanov a été inscrit en tant qu’agriculteur le 21 décembre 2015 conformément au règlement no 3 du 29 janvier 1999 concernant l’établissement et la tenue d’un registre des agriculteurs et ses modifications, promulgués au Journal officiel no 2 du 8 janvier 2008. La ferme d’Ivan Yordanov se compose de 10 décares de plantations de prunes, 1 999 décares de luzerne, que l’agriculteur cultive sur la base d’un contrat de bail entré en vigueur. En tant que bon fermier, Ivan Yordanov cultive son exploitation de manière biologique, selon un contrat de certification et de contrôle biologiques, et est actuellement en phase de conversion à la production biologique. La proposition de projet du candidat envisage des investissements dans la modernisation de l’exploitation et des installations, qui seront réalisées avec l’achat de machines agricoles et la restructuration de l’exploitation agricole actuellement disponible entièrement dans le secteur «Fruits et légumes». Januar 1999 über die Einrichtung und Führung eines Registers der Landwirte und deren Änderungen im Staatsblatt Nr. 2 vom 8. Januar 2008 als Landwirt eingetragen. Ivan Yordanov’s Farm besteht aus 10 Entsorgen von Pflaumenplantagen, 1.999 Decares von alfalfa, die der Landwirt auf der Grundlage eines in Kraft getretenen Pachtvertrags anbaut. Der Projektvorschlag des Antragstellers sieht Investitionen in die Modernisierung des Betriebes und der Anlagen vor, die mit dem Kauf von landwirtschaftlichen Maschinen und der Umstrukturierung des derzeit verfügbaren landwirtschaftlichen Betriebs vollständig im Sektor „Obst und Gemüse“ durchgeführt werden. Neue Dauerkulturen – Pflaumen von 1.999 Decares werden auf dem Gebiet mit alfalfa geschaffen. Der Antragsteller zielt darauf ab, die Nachhaltigkeit und Lebensfähigkeit des landwirtschaftlichen Betriebs zu erhöhen, sowie eine wettbewerbsfähige Landwirtschaft zu entwickeln, die mit der Durchführung der geplanten Investitionen erreicht wird. Ivan Stoyanov Yordanov is op 21 december 2015 als landbouwer geregistreerd overeenkomstig verordening nr. 3 van 29 januari 1999 inzake de instelling en het bijhouden van een landbouwregister en de wijzigingen daarvan, bekendgemaakt in Staatsblad nr. 2 van 8 januari 2008. Verzoekster ontwikkelt de landbouwactiviteit in de sectoren groenten en fruit en voedergewassen en beheert 11.999 zorg voor landbouwgrond. De boerderij van Ivan Yordanov bestaat uit 10 verzorgingen van pruimenplantages, 1999 verzorging van alfalfa, die de landbouwer op basis van een huurcontract in werking treedt. Als goede landbouwer verbouwt Ivan Yordanov zijn boerderij biologisch, volgens een contract voor biologische certificering en controle, en bevindt zich momenteel in de fase van omschakeling naar biologische productie. Het projectvoorstel van de aanvrager voorziet in investeringen in de modernisering van het bedrijf en de voorzieningen, die zullen worden uitgevoerd met de aankoop van landbouwmachines en de herstructurering van het momenteel beschikbare landbouwbedrijf volledig in de sector „Fruit en Groenten”. Nieuwe meerjarige gewassen — pruimen van 1,999 decares zullen worden gecreëerd op het gebied met alfalfa. La ricorrente sviluppa attività agricole nei settori delle colture ortofrutticoli e foraggere, con la gestione di 11.999 decares di terreni agricoli. L'azienda agricola di Ivan Yordanov è composta da 10 decares di piantagioni di prugne, 1.999 decares di erba medica, che l'agricoltore coltiva sulla base di un contratto di locazione entrato in vigore. Come buon agricoltore, Ivan Yordanov coltiva la sua azienda biologicamente, secondo un contratto di certificazione e controllo biologico, ed è attualmente in fase di conversione alla produzione biologica. La explotación de Ivan Yordanov consiste en diez descuidos de plantaciones de ciruela, 1.999 descuidos de alfalfa, que el agricultor cultiva sobre la base de un contrato de arrendamiento que entró en vigor. Como buen agricultor, Ivan Yordanov cultiva su explotación ecológicamente, según un contrato de certificación y control ecológico, y se encuentra actualmente en fase de conversión a la producción ecológica. La propuesta de proyecto del solicitante contempla inversiones en modernización de la explotación agrícola y las instalaciones, que se llevarán a cabo con la compra de maquinaria agrícola y la reestructuración de la explotación agrícola actualmente disponible íntegramente en el sector «Frutas y Hortalizas». Se crearán nuevos cultivos permanentes — ciruelas de 1.999 decares en la zona con alfalfa.
