OG Perspecto / basisschool Laureyn wil lokaal het voortouw nemen in het vormen van een integraal kindcentrum. Dat is wenselijk om de kinderen meer te bieden en beter toe te rusten op de latere uitdagingen in de maatschappij. Als kleine school hebben wij een klein team dat alle taken oppakt waardoor een dergelijk proces op weg naar samenwerking met partijen een behoorlijke extra belasting is. Daarom heeft OG Perspector/Laureyn besloten een project duurzame inzetbaarheid te starten zodat we projectmatig en met meer tijd en aandacht voor de menselijke kant van deze veranderingen de benodigde stappen kunnen zetten. We willen iedereen helpen daarin een rol op te pakken. We zullen tijd kunnen nemen om met elkaar plannen te maken, maar ook elkaar te helpen om deze plannen te kunnen uitvoeren. We zullen werkvormen als brainstormen, gaming, coaching en supervisie inzetten om daarmee op een leuke en effectieve manier tot plannen en uitvoer te komen. Wij laten ons daarbij begeleiden door het organisatieadviesbureau Berckenroode. (Dutch)

OG Perspecto/Laureyn Primary School wants to take the lead locally in forming an integral child center. This is desirable in order to give children more and better to respond to the future challenges in society. As a small school, we have a small team that handles all the tasks that make such a process towards cooperation with parties a considerable extra burden. That is why OG Perspector/Laureyn has decided to launch a sustainable employability project so that we can take the necessary steps on a project-by-project basis and with more time and attention to the human side of these changes. We want to help everyone take a role in this. We will be able to take time to plan with each other, but also to help each other to carry out these plans. We will use forms of work such as brainstorming, gaming, coaching and supervision to plan and execute in a fun and effective way. We are guided by the organisation consultancy Berckenroode. (English)

Og Perspecto/Laureyn Primary School will die Führung vor Ort bei der Bildung eines integralen Kinderzentrums übernehmen. Dies ist wünschenswert, um Kindern mehr und besser zu ermöglichen, auf die künftigen Herausforderungen in der Gesellschaft zu reagieren. Als kleine Schule haben wir ein kleines Team, das alle Aufgaben übernimmt, die einen solchen Prozess in Richtung Zusammenarbeit mit Parteien zu einer erheblichen zusätzlichen Belastung machen. Deshalb hat sich OG Perspector/Laureyn entschieden, ein nachhaltiges Beschäftigungsfähigkeitsprojekt zu starten, damit wir die notwendigen Schritte auf Projektbasis und mit mehr Zeit und Aufmerksamkeit auf die menschliche Seite dieser Veränderungen unternehmen können. Wir wollen jedem dabei helfen, eine Rolle zu übernehmen. Wir werden uns Zeit nehmen können, miteinander zu planen, aber auch einander bei der Durchführung dieser Pläne zu helfen. Wir werden Formen der Arbeit wie Brainstorming, Gaming, Coaching und Supervision nutzen, um spielerisch und effektiv zu planen und durchzuführen. Og Perspecto/Laureyn Primary School vuole assumere un ruolo guida a livello locale nella formazione di un centro bambino integrale. Ciò è auspicabile per dare ai bambini di più e meglio rispondere alle sfide future della società. Come piccola scuola, abbiamo una piccola squadra che si occupa di tutti i compiti che rendono tale processo verso la cooperazione con le parti un notevole onere supplementare. Ecco perché OG perspector/Laureyn ha deciso di lanciare un progetto di occupabilità sostenibile in modo da poter prendere le misure necessarie su base progettuale e con più tempo e attenzione al lato umano di questi cambiamenti. Vogliamo aiutare tutti ad assumere un ruolo in questo. Saremo in grado di prendere tempo per pianificare l'uno con l'altro, ma anche per aiutare l'un l'altro a realizzare questi piani. Useremo forme di lavoro come brainstorming, gaming, coaching e supervisione per pianificare ed eseguire in modo divertente ed efficace. Siamo guidati dalla consulenza aziendale Berckenroode. Og Perspecto/Laureyn Primary School quiere tomar la iniciativa a nivel local en la formación de un centro integral para niños. Esto es deseable para dar a los niños más y mejores respuestas a los desafíos futuros de la sociedad. Como pequeña escuela, contamos con un pequeño equipo que se encarga de todas las tareas que hacen de tal proceso de cooperación con las partes una carga adicional considerable. Es por eso que OG perspector/Laureyn ha decidido lanzar un proyecto de empleabilidad sostenible para que podamos dar los pasos necesarios proyecto por proyecto y con más tiempo y atención al lado humano de estos cambios. Queremos ayudar a todos a tomar un papel en esto. Podremos tomarnos tiempo para planificar unos con otros, pero también para ayudarnos unos a otros a llevar a cabo estos planes. Utilizaremos formas de trabajo tales como lluvia de ideas, juegos, coaching y supervisión para planificar y ejecutar de una manera divertida y efectiva. L’école primaire OG Perspecto/Laureyn veut jouer un rôle de premier plan à l’échelle locale dans la création d’un centre pour enfants intégré. Cela est souhaitable pour permettre aux enfants de mieux répondre aux défis futurs de la société. En tant que petite école, nous avons une petite équipe qui s’occupe de toutes les tâches qui font d’un tel processus de coopération avec les parties un fardeau supplémentaire considérable. C’est pourquoi OG perspector/Laureyn a décidé de lancer un projet d’employabilité durable afin que nous puissions prendre les mesures nécessaires projet par projet et avec plus de temps et d’attention sur le côté humain de ces changements. Nous voulons aider tout le monde à jouer un rôle à cet égard. Nous pourrons prendre du temps pour planifier les uns avec les autres, mais aussi pour nous aider à réaliser ces plans.
