Administration for Allocation of Social Welfare, City of Gothenburg, operates five day care centers, Aktivitetshusen, that caters to people with mental illness and mental disabilities aged 18-65. The centers are situated in Hisingen, two in the North East, the Centre and the West of Gothenburg and are for those who seek support and guidance to work and study, meaningful employment and social community, but also for those who want the structure of everyday life. It is also a place for those who want to break the isolation and join a context and meet with others. In 2014 the centres in West of Gothenburg prepared a feasibility study regarding how activities could be developed hence to creating meaningful employment with the help of the methodology Individual Placement and Support (IPS) for young people and together build up an e-commerce. The aim with the project is to support young adults in the age between 18 to 35 years old with mental illness and disabilities to find a path to work or studies, and an independent life. The project intends to develop and implement the use of the IPS in a Swedish context. Characteristic of the IPS is that the participant does not implement any preparatory rehabilitation or assessment of their work before the actual job search starts. Instead the participant's work is assessed where he or she is required to work. In addition to support from an IPS-specialist coordinated with the psychiatric team, there are also collaboration with labor specialist, the participant's personal networks, employers, as well as with the Social Insurance Agency and the Employment Service. Administration for Allocation for Social Welfare is a strong actor linked to the extensive work to reduce inequality in living conditions and health. Efforts to reduce inequality takes place in cooperation with other regions and cities, nationally and transnational, and is clearly linked to overcoming the disparities within regions linked to the Europe 2020 strategy. The project promotes transnational collaboration through partnerships and collaboration related to the development of the IPS methodology with a partner organization in the UK. The project will also continue its cooperation with partner organizations in Slovenia and involve participants, which promote young people's mobility. Administration for Allocation for Social Welfare are active in a number of different networks with representatives from the agencies such as the Employment Service and the Social Insurance Agency as well as with municipalities in the region, managers and management teams together with the districts of Gothenburg. The project is thus given the opportunity to jointly develop the use of IPS, and dissemination occurs naturally in the existing network. This development influence on structures on the basis that the implementation of the recommended approach is expected to increase and thus affected the existing structures. Administration de l’allocation de la protection sociale, ville de Göteborg, exploite cinq garderies, des maisons d’activités, qui s’adressent aux personnes souffrant de maladies mentales et de handicaps mentaux âgés de 18 à 65 ans. Les centres sont situés à Hisingen, deux dans le Nord-Est, le Centre et l’Ouest de Göteborg et sont destinés à ceux qui cherchent du soutien et de l’orientation pour travailler et étudier, un emploi significatif et une communauté sociale, mais aussi pour ceux qui veulent la structure de la vie quotidienne. C’est aussi un lieu pour ceux qui veulent briser l’isolement et rejoindre un contexte et rencontrer les autres. En 2014, les centres de l’ouest de Göteborg ont préparé une étude de faisabilité sur la manière dont les activités pourraient être développées afin de créer des emplois significatifs à l’aide de la méthodologie de placement et de soutien individuels (IPS) pour les jeunes et de construire ensemble un commerce électronique. En plus du soutien d’un spécialiste IPS coordonné avec l’équipe psychiatrique, il y a aussi une collaboration avec le spécialiste du travail, les réseaux personnels du participant, les employeurs, ainsi qu’avec l’Agence d’assurance sociale et le Service de l’emploi. L’administration de l’allocation pour la protection sociale est un acteur fort lié aux efforts considérables déployés pour réduire les inégalités dans les conditions de vie et la santé. Les efforts de réduction des inégalités sont menés en coopération avec d’autres régions et villes, aux niveaux national et transnational, et sont clairement liés à la suppression des disparités au sein des régions liées à la stratégie Europe 2020. Le projet promeut la collaboration transnationale par le biais de partenariats et de collaborations liés au développement de la méthodologie IPS avec une organisation partenaire au Royaume-Uni. Le projet poursuivra également sa coopération avec les organisations partenaires en Slovénie et associera les participants, qui favorisent la mobilité des jeunes. L’administration de l’allocation pour la protection sociale est active dans un certain nombre de réseaux différents avec des représentants des agences telles que le service de l’emploi et l’agence d’assurance sociale, ainsi qu’avec les municipalités de la région, les gestionnaires et les équipes de gestion ainsi que les districts de Göteborg. Die Verwaltung für die Zuweisung von Sozialhilfe, Stadt Göteborg, betreibt fünf Kindertagesstätten, Aktivitätshäuser, die Menschen mit psychischen Erkrankungen und psychischen Behinderungen im Alter von 18-65 Jahren gerecht werden. Die Zentren befinden sich in Hisingen, zwei im Nordosten, im Zentrum und im Westen von Göteborg und sind für diejenigen, die Unterstützung und Anleitung suchen, um zu arbeiten und zu studieren, sinnvolle Beschäftigung und soziale Gemeinschaft, aber auch für diejenigen, die die Struktur des Alltags wollen. Es ist auch ein Ort für diejenigen, die die Isolation brechen und einem Kontext beitreten und sich mit anderen treffen wollen. Im Jahr 2014 erstellten die Zentren in West Göteborg eine Machbarkeitsstudie darüber, wie Aktivitäten entwickelt werden könnten, um sinnvolle Arbeitsplätze mit Hilfe der Methodik Individuelle Platzierung und Unterstützung für junge Menschen zu schaffen und gemeinsam einen E-Commerce aufzubauen. Ziel des Projekts ist es, junge Erwachsene im Alter zwischen 18 und 35 Jahren mit psychischen Erkrankungen und Behinderungen zu unterstützen, um einen Arbeits- oder Studienweg und ein unabhängiges Leben zu finden. Das Projekt zielt darauf ab, die Nutzung des IPS im schwedischen Kontext zu entwickeln und umzusetzen. Charakteristisch für das IPS ist, dass der Teilnehmer keine vorbereitende Rehabilitation oder Bewertung ihrer Arbeit vor Beginn der eigentlichen Stellensuche durchführt. Stattdessen wird die Arbeit des Teilnehmers bewertet, wo er oder sie arbeiten muss. Neben der Unterstützung durch einen mit dem psychiatrischen Team koordinierten IPS-Spezialisten gibt es auch eine Zusammenarbeit mit dem Arbeitsfachmann, den persönlichen Netzwerken des Teilnehmers, Arbeitgebern sowie mit der Sozialversicherungsagentur und dem Arbeitsamt. Die Verwaltung für die Zuweisung von Sozialleistungen ist ein starker Akteur im Zusammenhang mit der umfangreichen Arbeit zur Verringerung der Ungleichheiten bei den Lebensbedingungen und der Gesundheit. Die Bemühungen um die Verringerung der Ungleichheit erfolgen in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Regionen und Städten, national und transnational, und sind eindeutig mit der Überwindung der mit der Strategie Europa 2020 verbundenen Unterschiede innerhalb der Regionen verbunden. Das Projekt fördert die transnationale Zusammenarbeit durch Partnerschaften und Zusammenarbeit im Zusammenhang mit der Entwicklung der IPS-Methodik mit einer Partnerorganisation im Vereinigten Königreich. Das Projekt wird auch seine Zusammenarbeit mit Partnerorganisationen in Slowenien fortsetzen und Teilnehmer einbeziehen, die die Mobilität junger Menschen fördern. Het bestuur voor de toewijzing van Sociaal Welzijn, Stad Göteborg, exploiteert vijf dagopvangcentra, activiteitshuizen, die zich richten op mensen met psychische aandoeningen en psychische handicaps van 18-65 jaar. De centra zijn gelegen in Hisingen, twee in het Noord-Oosten, het Centrum en het westen van Göteborg en zijn voor degenen die hulp en begeleiding zoeken bij het werken en studeren, zinvolle werkgelegenheid en sociale gemeenschap, maar ook voor degenen die de structuur van het dagelijks leven willen. Het is ook een plek voor degenen die het isolement willen doorbreken en zich willen aansluiten bij een context en anderen willen ontmoeten. In 2014 hebben de centra in het westen van Göteborg een haalbaarheidsstudie opgesteld naar de manier waarop activiteiten kunnen worden ontwikkeld om betekenisvolle werkgelegenheid te creëren met behulp van de methodologie Individual Placement and Support (IPS) voor jongeren en samen een e-commerce op te bouwen. Het beheer van de toewijzing voor Sociaal Welzijn is een sterke actor in verband met het uitgebreide werk om ongelijkheid in levensomstandigheden en gezondheid te verminderen. De inspanningen om ongelijkheid terug te dringen vinden plaats in samenwerking met andere regio’s en steden, zowel nationaal als transnationaal, en houden duidelijk verband met het wegwerken van de verschillen in regio’s die verband houden met de Europa 2020-strategie. Het project bevordert transnationale samenwerking door middel van partnerschappen en samenwerking in verband met de ontwikkeling van de IPS-methodologie met een partnerorganisatie in het Verenigd Koninkrijk. Het project zal ook de samenwerking met partnerorganisaties in Slovenië voortzetten en deelnemers betrekken die de mobiliteit van jongeren bevorderen. Het beheer van de toewijzing voor Sociaal Welzijn is actief in een aantal verschillende netwerken met vertegenwoordigers van de bureaus zoals de Dienst voor arbeidsvoorziening en de Sociale Verzekeringsdienst, alsook met gemeenten in de regio, managers en managementteams samen met de districten Göteborg. Het project krijgt dus de mogelijkheid om gezamenlijk het gebruik van IPS te ontwikkelen, en verspreiding vindt natuurlijk plaats in het bestaande netwerk. I centri sono situati a Hisingen, due nel nord-est, il Centro e l'ovest di Göteborg e sono per coloro che cercano sostegno e orientamento per lavorare e studiare, occupazione significativa e comunità sociale, ma anche per coloro che vogliono la struttura della vita quotidiana. È anche un luogo per chi vuole rompere l'isolamento e unirsi a un contesto e incontrarsi con gli altri. Nel 2014 i centri a ovest di Göteborg hanno preparato uno studio di fattibilità sul modo in cui le attività potrebbero essere sviluppate per creare un'occupazione significativa con l'aiuto della metodologia di collocamento e sostegno individuale (IPS) per i giovani e costruire insieme un commercio elettronico. L'obiettivo con il progetto è quello di sostenere i giovani adulti di età compresa tra i 18 e i 35 anni con malattie mentali e disabilità per trovare un percorso di lavoro o di studio, e una vita indipendente. Il progetto intende sviluppare e implementare l'utilizzo dell'IPS in un contesto svedese. Caratteristica dell'IPS è che il partecipante non attua alcuna riabilitazione preparatoria o valutazione del proprio lavoro prima dell'inizio della ricerca di lavoro effettiva. Il lavoro del partecipante è invece valutato quando è tenuto a lavorare. Oltre al supporto di uno specialista IPS coordinato con il team psichiatrico, ci sono anche la collaborazione con specialista del lavoro, le reti personali del partecipante, i datori di lavoro, così come con l'Agenzia di assicurazione sociale e il Servizio per l'occupazione. L'amministrazione per l'assegnazione della previdenza sociale è un attore forte legato all'ampio lavoro volto a ridurre le disuguaglianze in termini di condizioni di vita e di salute. Gli sforzi per ridurre le disuguaglianze avvengono in cooperazione con altre regioni e città, a livello nazionale e transnazionale, ed è chiaramente legato al superamento delle disparità all'interno delle regioni legate alla strategia Europa 2020. Il progetto promuove la collaborazione transnazionale attraverso partenariati e collaborazioni legate allo sviluppo della metodologia IPS con un'organizzazione partner nel Regno Unito. Il progetto proseguirà inoltre la cooperazione con le organizzazioni partner in Slovenia e coinvolgerà i partecipanti, che promuovono la mobilità dei giovani. En 2014, los centros del oeste de Gotemburgo prepararon un estudio de viabilidad sobre cómo podrían desarrollarse las actividades para crear empleo significativo con la ayuda de la metodología de colocación y apoyo individuales (IPS) para los jóvenes y juntos crear un comercio electrónico. El objetivo del proyecto es ayudar a los adultos jóvenes de edades comprendidas entre los 18 y los 35 años con enfermedades mentales y discapacidades a encontrar un camino para trabajar o estudiar, y una vida independiente. El proyecto tiene la intención de desarrollar y aplicar el uso del SIP en un contexto sueco.
