The aim of the project is to develop an apprenticeship program for adults with mild intellectual disabilities in Örebro County. The courses/training currently offered are either poorly adapted to the target group's special needs or lack connection to working life. Project owner is the Activa Foundation and the project is carried out in collaboration primarily between the county's municipalities, Örebro County Council, the Employment Service and a number of employers. The project is based on a structured collaboration between adult education bodies in the county, which makes it possible to adapt courses/training to local needs, to offer the apprenticeship program throughout the county and to be cost-effective, as the municipalities can pool resources for teachers, material, method development, etc. (Swedish)

Ziel des Projekts ist die Entwicklung eines Ausbildungsprogramms für Erwachsene mit leichten intellektuellen Behinderungen im Kreis Örebro. Die derzeit angebotenen Kurse/Schulungen sind entweder schlecht an die speziellen Bedürfnisse der Zielgruppe angepasst oder Lackanbindung an das Berufsleben. Projektträger ist die Activa Foundation und das Projekt wird in erster Linie zwischen den Gemeinden des Landkreises Örebro, dem Arbeitsamt und einer Reihe von Arbeitgebern durchgeführt. Das Projekt basiert auf einer strukturierten Zusammenarbeit zwischen Einrichtungen der Erwachsenenbildung in der Grafschaft, die es ermöglicht, Kurse/Schulungen an die lokalen Bedürfnisse anzupassen, das Lehrlingsprogramm im ganzen Land anzubieten und kostengünstig zu sein, da die Gemeinden Ressourcen für Lehrer, Material, Methodenentwicklung usw. bündeln können. Het doel van het project is het ontwikkelen van een stageprogramma voor volwassenen met een lichte verstandelijke beperking in de provincie Örebro. De cursussen/opleidingen die momenteel worden aangeboden, zijn ofwel slecht aangepast aan de specifieke behoeften van de doelgroep, ofwel vernisverbinding met het beroepsleven. Projecteigenaar is de Activa Foundation en het project wordt uitgevoerd in samenwerking met de gemeenten van de provincie, Örebro County Council, de dienst voor arbeidsvoorziening en een aantal werkgevers. L'obiettivo del progetto è sviluppare un programma di apprendistato per adulti con disabilità intellettive lievi nella contea di Örebro. I corsi/formazione attualmente offerti sono scarsamente adattati alle esigenze particolari del gruppo destinatario o alla connessione con la vita lavorativa. Titolare del progetto è la Fondazione Activa e il progetto è realizzato in collaborazione principalmente tra i comuni della contea, il consiglio della contea di Örebro, il servizio per l'occupazione e un certo numero di datori di lavoro. El objetivo del proyecto es desarrollar un programa de aprendizaje para adultos con discapacidades intelectuales leves en el condado de Örebro. Los cursos/formación que se ofrecen actualmente están mal adaptados a las necesidades especiales del grupo destinatario o a la conexión de barnices con la vida laboral. El propietario del proyecto es la Fundación Activa y el proyecto se lleva a cabo en colaboración principalmente entre los municipios del condado, el Consejo del Condado de Örebro, el Servicio de Empleo y varios empleadores. El proyecto se basa en una colaboración estructurada entre los órganos de educación de adultos del condado, que permite adaptar los cursos/formación a las necesidades locales, ofrecer el programa de aprendizaje en todo el condado y ser rentable, ya que los municipios pueden agrupar recursos para maestros, materiales, desarrollo de métodos, etc. (Spanish)
