The project, called “Collected Power for the future of Ånge” aims to create a fully functioning partnership between the involved organisations, where everybody works together to give the best possible support to youths 15-24. The partnership shall have a functioning, individual-based method including pre-emptive action, better knowledge of which people in the target group are not working or registered students and adequate methods to support them. The method shall be mainstreamed according to both gender and accessibility. Every person in the target group shall have access to individual-based support. The project’s goals are that: • By the end of the project, every person in Ånge municipality that does not work or study shall be known, have an individual action plan and take part in activities to raise the employability. • All participants shall by the end of the project have raised their employability given their starting point. • Of participants, 50 percent shall be working or studying by the end of the project. • The inequality between men and women in the group shall be evened out. By the end of the project the ratio between men and women that do not work or study shall be in the 40-60 percent interval. To reach the project’s goal there are to be collaborative work between the involved organisations, guidance of and activities for the participants based on tried methods. (Swedish)

Het project, „Collected Power for the future of Ånge” genaamd, heeft tot doel een volledig functionerend partnerschap tot stand te brengen tussen de betrokken organisaties, waarbij iedereen samenwerkt om jongeren 15-24 jaar zo goed mogelijk te ondersteunen. Het partnerschap beschikt over een functionerende, op individuele basis gebaseerde methode, met inbegrip van preventieve maatregelen, een betere kennis van de personen in de doelgroep die niet werken of geregistreerde studenten zijn en passende methoden om hen te ondersteunen. De methode wordt gemainstreamd op basis van zowel geslacht als toegankelijkheid. Iedereen in de doelgroep heeft toegang tot individuele steun. De doelstellingen van het project zijn dat: • Tegen het einde van het project moet elke persoon in de gemeente Ånge die niet werkt of studeert bekend zijn, een individueel actieplan hebben en deelnemen aan activiteiten om de inzetbaarheid te vergroten. • Alle deelnemers moeten tegen het einde van het project hun inzetbaarheid hebben verhoogd, gezien hun vertrekpunt. • Van de deelnemers moet 50 % aan het eind van het project werken of studeren. • De ongelijkheid tussen mannen en vrouwen in de groep moet worden uitgebalanceerd. Aan het einde van het project moet de verhouding tussen mannen en vrouwen die niet werken of studeren, in het interval van 40-60 % liggen. Om het doel van het project te bereiken is er samenwerking tussen de betrokken organisaties, begeleiding van en activiteiten voor de deelnemers op basis van beproefde methoden. (Dutch)

Il progetto, denominato "Potere Collected per il futuro di Ånge" mira a creare un partenariato pienamente funzionante tra le organizzazioni coinvolte, in cui tutti lavorano insieme per dare il miglior sostegno possibile ai giovani 15-24. Il partenariato deve disporre di un metodo funzionante, basato su singoli individui, che comprenda un'azione preventiva, una migliore conoscenza delle persone del gruppo destinatario che non lavorano o gli studenti registrati e metodi adeguati per sostenerli. Il metodo è integrato in funzione sia del genere che dell'accessibilità. Ogni persona del gruppo destinatario ha accesso al sostegno individuale. Gli obiettivi del progetto sono: • Alla fine del progetto, ogni persona nel comune di Ånge che non lavora o non studia deve essere conosciuta, avere un piano d'azione individuale e partecipare ad attività volte a migliorare l'occupabilità. • Tutti i partecipanti dovranno, entro la fine del progetto, aumentare la propria occupabilità in considerazione del loro punto di partenza. • Dei partecipanti, il 50 % deve lavorare o studiare entro la fine del progetto. • La disuguaglianza tra uomini e donne nel gruppo deve essere compensata. Entro la fine del progetto il rapporto tra uomini e donne che non lavorano o non studiano deve essere nell'intervallo del 40-60 %. Per raggiungere l'obiettivo del progetto ci sono lavoro collaborativo tra le organizzazioni coinvolte, orientamento e attività per i partecipanti sulla base di metodi collaudati. (Italian)
