The project is aimed at women and men who have become unemployed during the pandemic. The main target group in React Europe - Job Boost will be young adults and foreign born people who have a relatively low level in Swedish. The goal and purpose is to be able to offer support in the form of Supported Employment, an evidence based working method that requires close cooperation with the participant. The method is also to find a workplace and an employer as quickly as possible and provide support to participants and the employer and make the necessary adjustments at the workplace. One day per week, all participants will have a labour market day that includes various elements such as knowledge of the labour market, different professions, study visits, lectures and workshops. Within the labour market day, the horizontal principles must also be alive and clear. Here, for example, discrimination can be discussed based on my own experiences, gender stereotyped career choices and what it would be like to work in a typical male or female dominated profession and how I can make choices that break these patterns. The goal for the participants is to get further and out to work, start studies or be equipped and be better placed to continue to apply for work on their own when the project is over. (Swedish)

Das Projekt richtet sich an Frauen und Männer, die während der Pandemie arbeitslos geworden sind. Die Hauptzielgruppe in React Europe – Job Boost wird junge Erwachsene und im Ausland geborene Menschen sein, die in Schwedisch ein relativ niedriges Niveau haben. Ziel und Zweck ist es, Unterstützung in Form von unterstützter Beschäftigung anbieten zu können, die auf Arbeitsmethoden basiert, die eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Teilnehmer erfordern. Die Methode besteht auch darin, einen Arbeitsplatz und einen Arbeitgeber so schnell wie möglich zu finden, die Teilnehmer und den Arbeitgeber zu unterstützen und die notwendigen Anpassungen am Arbeitsplatz vorzunehmen. An einem Tag pro Woche haben alle Teilnehmer einen Arbeitsmarkttag, der verschiedene Elemente wie Kenntnisse des Arbeitsmarktes, verschiedene Berufe, Studienbesuche, Vorträge und Workshops umfasst. Innerhalb des Arbeitsmarktes müssen auch die horizontalen Grundsätze lebendig und klar sein. Hier kann beispielsweise Diskriminierung aufgrund meiner eigenen Erfahrungen, geschlechtsspezifischer stereotyper Berufswahlen und wie es wäre, in einem typischen männlichen oder weiblichen dominierten Beruf zu arbeiten und wie ich Entscheidungen treffen kann, die diese Muster brechen. Das Ziel für die Teilnehmer ist es, weiter zu gehen und zu arbeiten, zu beginnen oder besser in der Lage zu sein, sich weiterhin für eigene Arbeiten zu bewerben, wenn das Projekt beendet ist.
