Using evidencebased methods in the work of strengthening the link between school and working life and giving opportunities for target groups to create a long-term sustainable situation in the labor market is becoming increasingly important. The project is based on experience from projects EmployAble and national and international research. The working methods we will test in the project must be evidence-based and have a base in the individual's needs as well as the authorities' resources and opportunities for implementation. The evidence-based methods we choose to work with in this project are Supported Education in combination with Supported Employment, Individual Placement and Support (IPS) and the Boston model. The project will test which of these methods shows the best results for the individual and which also has the greatest chance of being implemented and becoming a long-term sustainable method to use in Skellefteå. In the project, we will put together three reference groups with participants who will receive support according to the three methods. The individual's wishes must guide the choice of intervention. Each group will consist of 5 women and 5 men and a total of 30 people will participate in the test activities. Staff at Urkraft, Psychiatry and Skellefteå municipality will be responsible for the work with the target groups and will together test and evaluate the methods' results and results. The project will then create conditions in consultation with participating collaboration actors to scale up the business and test the selected method (s) on a larger scale. (Swedish)

Die Nutzung evidenzbasierter Methoden zur Stärkung der Verbindung zwischen Schul- und Berufsleben und die Schaffung von Möglichkeiten für Zielgruppen, eine langfristig nachhaltige Situation auf dem Arbeitsmarkt zu schaffen, wird immer wichtiger. Das Projekt basiert auf Erfahrungen aus Projekten, die einsatzfähiger und nationaler und internationaler Forschung sind. Die Arbeitsmethoden, die wir im Projekt testen, müssen evidenzbasiert sein und eine Grundlage für die individuellen Bedürfnisse sowie die Ressourcen und Umsetzungsmöglichkeiten der Behörden haben. Die evidenzbasierten Methoden, mit denen wir in diesem Projekt zusammenarbeiten, sind Supported Education in Kombination mit Supported Employment, Individual Placement and Support (IPS) und dem Boston-Modell. Das Projekt wird testen, welche dieser Methoden die besten Ergebnisse für den Einzelnen zeigen und die auch die größte Chance hat, in Skellefteå eine langfristige nachhaltige Methode zu implementieren und zu werden. Im Projekt werden wir drei Referenzgruppen mit Teilnehmern zusammengestellt, die Unterstützung nach den drei Methoden erhalten. Die Wünsche des Individuums müssen die Wahl des Eingreifens leiten. Jede Gruppe besteht aus 5 Frauen und 5 Männern und insgesamt 30 Personen werden an den Testaktivitäten teilnehmen. Die Mitarbeiter von Urkraft, Psychiatrie und Skellefteå werden für die Arbeit mit den Zielgruppen verantwortlich sein und gemeinsam die Ergebnisse und Ergebnisse der Methoden testen und bewerten.
