The folk high schools in Norrbotten and Västerbotten can play a major role in the provision of skills in the region. In this project we want to make ourselves, as folk high schools, known as a relevant player in the public sector and private business. We also want to get to know our surroundings in order to better meet the needs of society and employers. We want to give the staff at the folk high schools modern tools to meet the needs of today and tomorrow. 5 folk high schools in Norrbotten and Västerbotten collaborate to carry out training and development efforts together with other stakeholders in the region. Die Volkshochschulen in Norrbotten und Västerbotten können eine wichtige Rolle bei der Vermittlung von Fähigkeiten in der Region spielen. In diesem Projekt wollen wir uns als Volkshochschulen als relevanter Akteur im öffentlichen und privaten Sektor bekannt machen. Wir wollen auch unsere Umgebung kennenlernen, um den Bedürfnissen der Gesellschaft und der Arbeitgeber besser gerecht zu werden. Wir wollen den Mitarbeitern an den Volkshochschulen moderne Werkzeuge geben, um den Bedürfnissen von heute und morgen gerecht zu werden. 5 Volkshochschulen in Norrbotten und Västerbotten arbeiten zusammen, um gemeinsam mit anderen Akteuren in der Region Schulungs- und Entwicklungsanstrengungen durchzuführen.
