The Labour Market Center project´s aim is to ensure that an increased number of women and men far from the labour market and receiving income support, get employment or education and thereby improved access to the labour market. This is achieved through teams ensuring and improving processes, efforts and working methods that focus on the needs of each participent. The project is expected to contribute to the development and implementation of a sustainable method which removes the lock-in effects caused by income support, aimed for the target group of men and women with special needs.
