    The Swedish Municipal Workers Union, together with the participating cooperation actors, wants to create opportunities for everyday development of skills and professionalism for employed in the field of Personal assistance. Work models for lifelong learning, which facilitate professional development supported by current laws and regulations, will be developed in the project. They shall be available for the sector and easy to implement for all concerned. At the same time, they will make it easier for men and women outside the labor market to receive training that improve their skills in order to match the needs of the employers. With functioning models for lifelong learning in the sector, more men and women can be attracted to the profession Personal assistant. (Swedish)
