The labor market is becoming increasingly complex and the jobs that exist require to a greater extent that the employee is autonomous and self-sufficient, which can be very challenging for people who are new or have little experience of working life. This also means that people who are out of the labor market for a long time due to unemployment or illness find it increasingly difficult to return to work. The feasibility study aims to investigate issues concerning collaboration between non-profit organizations and authorities. Furthermore, it aims to investigate how collaboration with employers can take place in order to reduce the stigma of people on sick leave and the unemployed. The feasibility study also aims to investigate whether folkbildning pedagogy and methodology can form the basis for methods in a future project. If conditions exist, a project application will also be written. The feasibility study will be carried out by an experienced project manager who is employed, or recruited, by Medborgarskolan. The feasibility study will be carried out full-time from January to May 2021. The results will be presented in a final report at a seminar and also distributed to those who have shown interest.
