In onze organisatie willen we de werknemers meer betrokken laten zijn bij de organisatie en tegelijkertijd de duurzame inzetbaarheid van ons personeel verbeteren. In unserer Organisation wollen wir, dass die Mitarbeiter stärker in die Organisation eingebunden werden und gleichzeitig die nachhaltige Beschäftigungsfähigkeit unserer Mitarbeiter verbessern.
