Binnen dit ESF project wordt een start gemaakt met het invoeren en uitrollen van een actieve leercultuur, waarbinnen de medewerkers worden stilgezet bij de onderlinge omgang en de communicatie die zij hierbij hanteren. Door het bespreekbaar maken van de onderlinge communicatie en het stimuleren en het verbeteren van de normen en waarden kan de communicatie binnen de gehele organisatie positief worden beïnvloed wat de werksfeer en werkgezondheid ten goede komt om zo de duurzame inzetbaarheid van de medewerkers te versterken. In samenwerking met adviseurs, willen wij in het komende jaar een programma vitaal communiceren opzetten. Een werkomgeving met een positieve onderlinge omgang, heldere lijnen en duidelijke communicatie zal leiden tot een prettige werksfeer waarin de vitaliteit van de medewerkers zal verbeteren: (Dutch)

Within this ESF project, a start is being made with the introduction and deployment of an active learning culture, in which the employees are kept quiet about the interaction and communication they use in this process. By negotiable communication and encouraging and improving standards and values, communication can be positively influenced throughout the organisation, which benefits the working environment and occupational health in order to strengthen the sustainable employability of employees. In cooperation with advisors, we want to set up a vital communication programme in the coming year. Dans le cadre de ce projet FSE, on commence par l’introduction et le déploiement d’une culture active de l’apprentissage, dans laquelle les employés restent silencieux au sujet de l’interaction et de la communication qu’ils utilisent dans ce processus. Par une communication négociable et par l’encouragement et l’amélioration des normes et des valeurs, la communication peut être influencée positivement dans l’ensemble de l’organisation, ce qui profite à l’environnement de travail et à la santé au travail afin de renforcer l’employabilité durable des salariés. En coopération avec les conseillers, nous voulons mettre en place un programme de communication vital au cours de l’année à venir. Im Rahmen dieses ESF-Projekts wird mit der Einführung und dem Einsatz einer aktiven Lernkultur begonnen, in der die Mitarbeiter über die Interaktion und Kommunikation, die sie in diesem Prozess nutzen, schweigen. Durch verhandelbare Kommunikation und Förderung und Verbesserung von Standards und Werten kann die Kommunikation in der gesamten Organisation positiv beeinflusst werden, was dem Arbeitsumfeld und der Gesundheit am Arbeitsplatz zugutekommt, um die nachhaltige Beschäftigungsfähigkeit der Arbeitnehmer zu stärken. In Zusammenarbeit mit den Beratern wollen wir im kommenden Jahr ein lebenswichtiges Kommunikationsprogramm aufstellen. Nell'ambito di questo progetto FSE, si sta iniziando con l'introduzione e la diffusione di una cultura di apprendimento attiva, in cui i dipendenti sono tenuti a tacere circa l'interazione e la comunicazione che utilizzano in questo processo. Attraverso una comunicazione negoziabile e l'incoraggiamento e il miglioramento degli standard e dei valori, la comunicazione può essere influenzata positivamente in tutta l'organizzazione, a vantaggio dell'ambiente di lavoro e della salute sul lavoro, al fine di rafforzare l'occupabilità sostenibile dei lavoratori. In collaborazione con i consulenti, vogliamo istituire un programma di comunicazione vitale per l'anno prossimo.
