Om onze functie in de maatschappij te behouden en te verstevigen moeten we ons als bibliotheek doorontwikkelen en investeren in onze medewerkers om deze de bibliothecarissen van de toekomst te maken. We onderzoeken wie we op dit moment zijn en wie we willen zijn om ons bestaansrecht te behouden en te verstevigen. Vervolgens gaan we ons als team en als individu doorontwikkelen, wordt ondernemerschap bevorderd en wordt er een leercultuur gestimuleerd om te waarborgen dat we als bibliothecarissen op duurzame wijze inzetbaar blijven en van toegevoegde waarde zijn in onze maatschappij, nu en in de toekomst. In order to maintain and strengthen our role in society, we need to further develop as a library and invest in our employees to make them the librarians of the future. We are investigating who we are at the moment and who we want to be in order to preserve and strengthen our right to exist. We will then continue to develop as a team and as an individual, promote entrepreneurship and promote a learning culture to ensure that we as librarians remain employable in a sustainable way and are of added value in our society, now and in the future. Afin de maintenir et de renforcer notre rôle dans la société, nous devons continuer à nous développer en tant que bibliothèque et investir dans nos employés pour en faire les bibliothécaires de l’avenir. Nous examinons qui nous sommes actuellement et qui nous voulons être afin de préserver et de renforcer notre droit à l’existence. Nous continuerons ensuite à nous développer en équipe et en tant qu’individu, à promouvoir l’esprit d’entreprise et à promouvoir une culture d’apprentissage afin de nous assurer, en tant que bibliothécaires, que nous restons employables de manière durable et qu’ils ont une valeur ajoutée dans notre société, aujourd’hui et à l’avenir. Um unsere Rolle in der Gesellschaft zu erhalten und zu stärken, müssen wir als Bibliothek weiterentwickelt und in unsere Mitarbeiter investieren, um sie zu den Bibliothekaren der Zukunft zu machen. Wir untersuchen, wer wir im Moment sind und wer wir sein wollen, um unser Existenzrecht zu erhalten und zu stärken. Wir werden dann als Team und als Individuum das Unternehmertum fördern und eine Lernkultur fördern, um sicherzustellen, dass wir als Bibliothekare nachhaltig und in unserer Gesellschaft, jetzt und in Zukunft, von Mehrwert sind.
