Binnen Welp wordt geconstateerd dat de organisatie te weinig focus heeft op de ontwikkeling van hun medewerkers. De ontwikkeling van de medewerkers blijft achter en komt onvoldoende tot stand. Middels de ESF subsidie hoopt men te investeren in de ontwikkeling van medewerkers en zodoende ook in hun duurzame inzetbaarheid. Met dit project hoopt men dat hiervoor een vaste basis kan worden gecreëerd gericht op de toekomst. (Dutch)

Within Welp it is found that the organisation has too little focus on the development of their employees. The development of employees is lagging behind and is not sufficiently realised. Through the ESF subsidy, one hopes to invest in the development of employees and thus in their sustainable employability. With this project it is hoped that a fixed basis can be created for this purpose, focusing on the future. (English)

Au sein de Welp, on constate que l’organisation se concentre trop peu sur le développement de ses employés. Le développement des salariés est à la traîne et n’est pas suffisamment réalisé. Grâce à la subvention du FSE, on espère investir dans le développement des salariés et donc dans leur employabilité durable. Avec ce projet, on espère qu’une base fixe pourra être créée à cet effet, en se concentrant sur l’avenir. (French)

Innerhalb von Welp stellt sich heraus, dass sich die Organisation zu wenig auf die Entwicklung ihrer Mitarbeiter konzentriert. Die Entwicklung der Mitarbeiter ist zurückgeblieben und ist nicht ausreichend realisiert. Mit dem ESF-Zuschuss hofft man, in die Entwicklung der Arbeitnehmer und damit in ihre nachhaltige Beschäftigungsfähigkeit zu investieren. Mit diesem Projekt wird gehofft, dass zu diesem Zweck eine feste Basis geschaffen werden kann, die sich auf die Zukunft konzentriert. (German)
